Pros:

Hotel má velmi dobrou polohu – všechny důležité památky jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti cca 20–30 minut nebo jen pár zastávek tramvají T1 (zastávka je přibližně 5 minut chůze od hotelu). Hotel je čistý, personál se k nám choval velmi zdvořile a byl nám vždy nápomocný. Bazén byl příjemným bonusem – prostředí je velmi příjemné, s intimní atmosférou, a voda byla krásně teplá. Snídaně jsou bohaté a chutné. Pokoje jsou sice menší, ale najdete v nich vše, co potřebujete, a postele jsou velmi komfortní. Wifi fungovala velmi dobře, což nebývá standardem. Kolem hotelu se nachází spousta fajn podniků s velmi dobrým jídlem a autentickou lokální atmosférou.

Cons:

Okna v pokojích nešla dobře dovřít, takže jste měli stále pocit, že jsou lehce pootevřená. To znamenalo, že z ulice pronikalo do pokoje více hluku, než by mělo, a také trochu chladu (venku bylo cca 5 °C). Nám to nevadilo, jelikož teplota v pokoji byla komfortní a nebyl problém si rychle přitopit. Zvenku do pokoje večer pronikala živá hudba z místního baru, což nám také nevadilo, ale pro lidi s lehkým spaním to může být problém. Stěny také nejsou dobře izolované, takže pokud budete mít hlučnější sousedy, uslyšíte téměř vše. Snídaně jsou výborné, ale teplý pult nebyl zapojený a nehřál, takže vaječné omelety nebo palačinky rychle chladly. Postele jsou kratší, takže osoby kolem 190 cm a vyšší mohou mít problém (opět to ale nebyl náš případ).

Fantasztikus Isztambuli kiruccanás
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen volt, a busz megállók közvetlenül a szálloda előtt, metro kb 5 perc gyalog. Belül szinte minden új és modern. Reggeli nagyon széles választékú, kedves személyzet, nagyon jó wellness részleg.

Cons:

Semmi rosszat nem tudok írni vagy mondani.

Good value but don't expect much.
Pros:

Location, close to center 1,5km. Full Breakfast. Confy bed. Good shower.

Cons:

Maintenance and lack of care with the details. Towels a bit smelly. Window didn't close completely so at night the room freezes. Shower drain a bit clogged, had to ask for maintenance. Room too small for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel itself is a good choise , near everything , the more experienced staff were educated and ready to resolve everything , the new ones were not so able to resolve imediate situations. If the rate was for the managment i musr give only 1/10 .

We have booked a normal hotel with a family and kids , not an "adult only" hotel !!!!
Your rule of not letting kids entering in pool after 17:00 its against my contract with you and booking . I have booked a hotel with indoor pool "all ages welcome" . Your nonsense rule its the only reason we will not come back in the same hotel.
