Polecam ! Będę chętnie wracał
Pros:

hotel godny polecenia, do którego chętnie będę wracał. Bardzo dobre położenie parę kroków od stacji metra i niedaleko tramwaju T1 . W okolice dużo restauracji i małych knajp . Hotel czysty i zadbany . Basen wprawdzie w podziemiach ale do polecenia . Śniadanie dobre ,duży wybór i sprawna obsługa . Oczywiście może przeszkadzać pobudka o 5 rano , muezzin wzywający na pierwszą poranną modlitwę . Proście o pokój nie od ulicy . Ale po kilku dniach już się nie słyszy . Ale oczywiście hotel nie ma na to wpływu . Prośba o późniejszy check out została spełniona

Posicion muy centrica y con buenos y rapidos transportes publicos.
Personal y atencion excelentes!
Piscina grande y muy disfrutable despues de los paseos turisticos.
Terraza roof top muy recomendable para una copa con vista a las mezquitas,de noche!

Absolute perfect hotel, location could not be better, green metro line just beside hotel.
Nice swimming pool , breakfast 10/10

like everything, great view on musk, yet early praying calls could wake you up - better take room on the back of hotel

Beliggenheden. Kort afstand til Sultanahmet og grand bazar.

Cons:

Jeg synes det var lidt utrygt at man ikke skulle bruge kort for at bruge elevatoren så alle kunne i princippet tage elevatoren op til hotelværelserne. Jeg havde udfordringer med hygiejne. Fik skiftet mit rene sengetøj grundet pletter og vi lagde mærke til rene håndklæde ikke var rent. Check in var ret upersonlig. Fik ingen velkomst fra receptionist og han sagde han kunne se min reservation. Uden yderlige forklaring kunne han åbenbart godt se min reservation fordi han stak et hotelkort frem. Informationen om hotel fik man i elevatoren på vej op i elevatoren. Øvrige personelle var venlig. Morgenmad er i kælderen og ikke en roof top som vist på billederne som er en restaurant på hotellet. Alt i alt er det et hotel jeg ikke vil besøge igen i byen.

Amazing staff. Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

First of all, the hotel is lovely inside. Our view of the mosque was beautiful and we were treated so well by the staff the entire time. They really looked after us!

The room was clean, bathroom was aswell. Room service was great aswell.

Amenities were great, lovely pool and great food in the restaurant with the most stunning views.

Was our first time in Instanbul and we will pick this hotel without a doubt next time.

Cons:

The only problems we encountered was that the walls seem to be thin.

Also, the breakfast was really lacking. We tried it once and didn’t return for the rest of our stay but we were more than happy to eat outside anyways. So I wouldn’t recommend booking the breakfast unless they obviously improve it.

The real stars of this hotel are Faruk and Shaihinez. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made all

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received during my stay.

The staff on the night shift were exceptionally kind and professional, but I would especially like to thank Mr Faruk, who organised my check in. He did not make me wait at all and arranged my room immediately, which made a wonderful first impression.

I was also very impressed by Ms Shaihinez, who was always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

I will definitely return to this hotel, largely because of these two outstanding members of staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made my stay absolutely perfect. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!
