Todo muy bien, desde el seguimiento e instrucciones para el check in hasta el personal de limpieza, instalaciones etc y recomiendo también el restaurante por donde se accede a las habitaciones del hotel, Traffic se llama, comida y camareros excelente.

El hotel está muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias. Y el restaurante del hotel está muy bien y es muy cómodo para cenar allí. Alaró es un pueblo muy tranquilo y está muy bien situado para poder ir en coche a las otras zonas de la isla.

Beautiful big room which was immaculate and cleaned daily, very friendly helpful staff, pool was a bonus and excellent location, would definitely recommend.

Increíble. Habitaciones amplias, camas comodisimas, muy limpio. Cada día nos han cambiado las sábanas y las toallas. El parking es gratuito y te guardan tu plaza. Está ubicado en el centro de la plaza del pueblo que está rodeada de restaurantes y bares y hay buen ambiente. Los sábado ponen mercado de frutas y alimentos tradicionales en la plaza. La piscina estaba súper tranquila y con camas balinesas.
El desayuno es algo escaso. Si bajas tarde te quedas sin alguna opción. La piscina debe tener un avispero porque está llena de avispas en la orilla y se hace algo incómodo entrar en el agua.
The location is in the city's central square. The breakfast was wonderful with varieties. We chose this hotel because it offers free parking in their backyard, which is definitely a plus considering the narrow streets and very tight parking spaces in the town. The room is very spacious and clean. Good restaurants are downstairs but we didn't hear noises. It's a good value.
Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, el desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación muy bien
Hemos tenido distintos problemas:
1. El personal del restaurante en el turno de noche, no nos quisieran servir cena a las 8:45pm mientras a otras mesas si, y nos hizo irnos a otro sitio a cenar.
2. A las 8 am alguien entró en la habitación mientras estábamos durmiendo, suponemos alguien de la limpieza (tenían llave para entrar)
Estos comentarios tratamos de hablarlo por el chat mediante el cual gestionamos la llegada y nunca hemos obtenido respuesta. En un hotel de la categoría de 4 estrellas nos sorprende el trato recibido.

Located in a small village south of the mountain range, integrated in the city, didn't feel like a touristic hotel at all. Part of a restaurant which is located directly at the marketplace. Small gatherings outside at the marketplace every day.
Schöne große Zimmer. Schöner Pool. Mitten am Markt. Frühstück im Restaurant unten war gut. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation per WhatsApp.
Der CheckIn ist nicht schön. Am Check-In-Automat muss alles einzeln über Tastaturbildschirm eingegeben werden. Wir hatten 2 DZ gebucht und konnten aufgrund Krankheit nur zu Dritt anreisen. Man musste am Automat aber die 4.Person eingeben, sonst bricht das Programm den kompletten Vorgang ab. Sowas ist Mist. Und das Problem dabei, es muss jede ID/Ausweis gescannt oder eingegeben werden, was das Ganze verkompliziert,wenn Person Nr. 4 nicht dabei ist. Außerdem dauert es sehr lange, bis alles eingetippt ist. Wenn zur gleichen Zeit noch andere Leute hätten einchecken wollen, wären die sicher aufgrund des langen Vorgangs verärgert gewesen.
