To ensure you have access to the best amenities and services during your time with us, guests are required to pay a daily facility fee of USD 40 Our facility fee covers a variety of amenities and services designed to elevate your experience, including:

Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of USD 500.

All reservations require a valid credit card for booking. An incidental deposit of up to $100 per day is collected at check-in and refunded within 7 days, subject to property inspection. If the hotel is fully committed, 1 night room/tax will be authorized to guarantee your reservation. If this is an advanced purchase booking, all payment will be taken prior to arrival.

Items shipped to the Hotel should be addressed: Attention – Operations Manager, The Gregorian Hotel, 42 W 35TH Street, New York, New York 10001 including the registered guest’s name. The Gregorian Hotel is not responsible for damages or loss of items delivered to the Hotel prior to arrival, or of any items or packages left on property after departure. Upon request, items left on premises after departure will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. The cost of the first package is included in the facility fee, anything after is subject to a charge of between $10 and $40.

The Gregorian is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarets and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amazing location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

This is a lovely quiet hotel. The location was amazing. Mary's at the end of the street, 5th Av down the other end. The Empire State building immediately behind the hotel on the next street.

Cons:

Only 1 small issue and that was there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. You had to buy coffee from the adjoining shop with a 10%hotel discount.

Super Lage , gutes Personal, ein Ort, wo man überall schnell hinkommt

Wir waren zu viert, es hätten noch ein paar weitere Stühle vorhanden sein können um auch dort am Tisch zu essen. Bei uns war nur ein Stuhl vorhanden.

We enjoyed our stay, however value for money was not met.
Pros:

The bed was made each and every day and the towels in the bathroom were changed daily. Also water was also replenished daily.

Cons:

Room was dark, not possible to open windows properly and in general it was quite old. It definitely could have been cleaner and the equipment was either not good or also breaking

Cons:

Estávamos alojados no segundo andar e o restaurante do hotel tinha a música absurdamente alta. Acho que nunca vi na da igual num restaurante que fica no rés do chão de um hotel.
O pequeno almoço é servido num café em frente ao hotel (outsourcing). Para além da oferta ser muito limitada os funcionários (com excepção de um) são muito pouco simpáticos.

Pros:

Allora tutto perfetto, personale disponibile e gentile, abbiamo chiesto una camera con un bagno più grande (era veramente piccolo) e ci hanno subito soddisfatto. La colazione direi ottima, considerato che non era in albergo ma ad una pasticceria di fronte dove però sapevano fare veramente bene cornetti, pizza, panini e soprattutto cappuccino
