We had a wonderful stay at Serenata San De Hanoi Hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service was absolutely perfect. The staff were awesome—very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

The food was great, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The warm and welcoming service truly made our experience special. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️

Personal muy majo, habitación estupenda calidad precio. Está en el old quarter pegado al french, muy bien situado pegado a casa de cambio y con un desayuno muy bueno. Se puede hacer la colada y en el mismo día tienes la ropa limpia

Все чисто, аккуратно, в номере живые цветочки в вазочках. Пошли на встречу и перенесли на один день проживание. Расположен идеально от все достопримечательностей!!! Рядом с trainstreet. Брали номер с верандой, прекрасная верандочка.

Definitely the front desk staff.
Julie and Paul, aka Trang and Hoang are lovely young people, very welcoming. I always ask hotel staff for advice on food, shopping etc. These two were always willing to help, with a smile. Room was great, nice terrace too.

Fantastic location, and super friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are super attentive, the location was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Everything worked, but a little maintenance in the shower is needed. Pretty minor thing.
