Really great, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in hanoi! Great location to visit the city but still calm, large and clean room, good breakfast with several options, kind and helpful staff.

Pour la seconde fois, merci de tout cœur à toutes les équipes de l'hôtel; de la reception, du nettoyage, du petit déjeuner pour leur accueil, leur sourire, et leur aide quand on en avait besoin. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet hôtel très bien situé.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir wurden unglaublich freundlich empfangen! Bei dem Personal in der Lobby und den Jungs, die uns beim Gepäck geholfen haben, möchten wir unseren Dank und ein besonderes Lob aussprechen. An Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit ist das nicht zu überbieten!!! Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und ruhig, da in der Straße nachts Fahrverbot herrscht. Trotzdem ist das Hotel in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir buchen dieses Hotel gerne wieder!

Fantastic Hotel with super friendly staff
Pros:

Great location,breakfast was fresh and plentiful
The staff were amazing ,all the front of house staff were happy and totally obliging
Special mention for Aimee (5 Star) employee who arranged extra nights and two great trips for us .she went the extra mile always with a smile on her face 😀
It was so good we felt obliged to leave a VND 1,000,000 tip ,they all deserved it from the cleaner to the Receptionists
Would certainly not hesitate ro reccomend

Fabulous
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly. The staff were very honest when it came to money, as we had over paid for our room when we got there and the lady from reception came and told me and gave me some money back, which I would never of known. Also when checking out and paying for the taxi, I tried to to give him to much as I don’t understand the currency, he told me to be careful as that was way to much and other people would just take it off me and not tell me. Not many hotels would be as honest as this. So that blew me away. It was a fabulous location too next to old quarter and also breakfast was nice I loved the omelette.

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen

Der Balkon und die Lage. Es war sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Reinigungspersonal könnte gründlicher sein. Eine dicke Staubschicht im Kleiderschrank im oberen Regal

Un personnel très serviable et souriant.
Ma chambre n avait qu une petite fenêtre qui donnait sur un couloir noir, mais cela avait l avantage d avoir une chambre très calme.
Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux.

Wonderful staff, wonderful stay.
Pros:

Our rooms were spacious city view rooms. The bathrooms were large with walk in showers. The breakfast was great, with made to order omelettes. The staff was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. They offered us a free ride to the airport for having stayed with them twice. The hotel is very close to Train Street, an amazing experience.

Cons:

The hotel has two entrances on two different streets. Google Maps and other navigation apps seem to be set to go to the entrance that is on a street that doesn't allow cars, Ng. Tram. Make sure to tell your driver to go to the entrance on P. Ha Trung, otherwise you'll be lugging your luggage down Ng. Tram street to get to the hotel entrance.
