Highly recommended budget hotel with real character and fantastic location.
Pros:

Excellent location, 100m from Teatro Amazonas. Charming, well-kept colonial building with real character. Nicely decorated.

A localização é muito boa e o casarão é bonito. Bom café da manhã

Cons:

O quarto poderia estar mais limpo. Tinha infiltração no teto e bastante pernilongo. Inclusive, o mosquiteiro era pequeno para a cama.

die Lage ist fantastisch, zentral, Nähe des Theaters. Außerdem hat die Villa einen kolonialen Charme, einen kleinen netten Innenhof mit Esstisch und Stühlen sowie Pool. Das Frühstück war recht reichhaltig.

Cons:

die Ausstattung war mittelmäßig, wir hatten zwei Aufenthalte dort und jeweils recht dunkle Zimmer, teilweise ohne Fenster, das Moskitonetz war viel zu klein mit großen Lücken.

De vrouw van het ontbijt was aardig. De locatie.

Cons:

Het was echt ongelofelijk smerig. Ik heb nog nooit zoiets gezien. We hadden 2 kamers en 1 kamer had vies beddengoed, vieze vloer, smerige badkamer. Zelfs het welkomstkaartje op het bed zat vol vlekken. Klamboes waren te klein. Dit verdient echt nog geen ster. Het is liefdeloos. Het spijt me te zeggen.

L’emplacement dans le centre historique, à 200 m du Teatro Amazonas, près de nombreux restaurants délicieux (Caxiri, Piaf) et, un peu plus loin mais recommandé, le Biatuwi. Belle salle de bain. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Quelques moustiques lors de notre second séjour dans cet hôtel, dans la chambre 2. Pas de lampe de chevet d’un côté du lit.

O hotel fica numa boa localização, em uma bonita casa antiga. Tem um bom potencial para hotel de charme.

Cons:

Eu já tinha ficado hospedada na casa há alguns anos e queria muito voltar, mas infelizmente essa experiência agora foi bastante ruim. Primeiramente, é necessário melhorar a manutenção. Os travesseiros eram de pessima qualidade, o ar condicionado era velho, não conseguia mudar as configurações com o controle, o mosquiteiro estava com cheiro de mofo, o chuveiro com a pressão da água virada para a parede. O café da manhã foi uma grande decepção. Pouquíssimas opções, nem pão francês tinha no momento que desci. E eles ainda cobram a parte tapioca, ovos, e outros itens que são básicos em qualquer outro hotel. Faço questão de ressaltar tudo isso, pois não estamos falando de uma diária barata.

Cons:

Barulho muito alto no quarto. Qqr pessoa que caminhe no saguão do hotel, o barulho transpassa para o quarto. A acústica é a pior que já experimentei.

O pior é que mesmo sabendo disso, a equipe.do hotel supriu a cozinha em plena madrugada (3h da manhã). Todos no quarto acordaram durante a noite e madrugada sucessivas vezes. Foi impossível ter real descanso.

die zentrale Lage ist fantastisch und das Hotel selber liebevoll ausgestattet in einer alten Villa mit einem hübschen Innenhof und kleinem Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

insgesamt wirkte es doch ziemlich heruntergekommen und etwas schmuddelig, die feuchten Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht, der Boden nur oberflächlich ein bisschen gereinigt, das Moskitonetz war durchlässig, die Fenster teilweise nicht zu öffnen
