Honestly, this was one of the worst stays of my life. The apartment was filthy and nothing like the pictures at all — total false advertising. The bathroom was a nightmare, sewage was literally coming up from the drain. The whole place smelled bad and felt unhygienic.

They advertised breakfast, but there was NO real breakfast. They literally gave us instant noodles (Indomie) and called it “breakfast.” That’s unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a place that charges money like this.

On top of that, they took my security deposit and refused to return it. It felt like a complete scam from start to finish.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was a great value given the location and the uncertainty concerning the length of my stay.
Pros:

The location was great. Right on Bukit Bintang Road. Plenty of food choices and shopping nearby. Also, near public rapid transit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Instant coffee in lobby and a mini-fridge in room.

Cons:

Travelers sensitive to noise might have a problem with this choice, especially near the rear windows. The table in the room could have been a bit larger. Although housekeeping removes trash daily, a hallway or lobby receptacle would have been nice.
