The receptionists were very helpful , welcoming and doing their best to make the client happy especially bich ha and lan . The hotel is near to the beach . The room is wide and clean . The breakfast was good .

Not amazing, not awful.
Pros:

This hotels only pro is its location to price ratio.
It is only a short walk to the beach, and about 30 minute walk to the dragon bridge.

The room was ok, the breakfast was ok, the roof top pool was ok.

The cons: no hot water during the entire length of our stay. Towels and beds are uncomfortable.
Walls are paper thin and housekeeping starts at 6am.

For the price its ok, but there are better areas and better hotels.

You can see the international firework competition from the roof top swimming pool.

Secure motorcycle parking across the street in sister hotels parking garage.

When we checked in the staff were very friendly and helped us check in a bit early. We happened to be in Da Nang during a fireworks festival and had a great view. The location is excellent.

We were told when we checked in that there is no gym or pool at this location - you have to go across the street to their 'main' hotel. The minibar was just two bottles of water. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room. There was some mold in the shower.

This hotel is a complete disaster.

Cons:

The rooms are crawling with small insects that get into everything. If you leave your luggage open for even a minute, they will crawl inside and you'll end up taking them home with you. The rooms themselves are incredibly cramped, uncomfortable, and the corridors are loud because there is zero sound isolation.
The reception staff are entirely useless and unfriendly. They charged an extra 250,000 VND for a child over 6 years old but refused to provide an extra pillow. When asked, their response was, "Not available today, will provide tomorrow." I am checking out tomorrow. What am I supposed to do with a pillow after the stay is over?
"Not available today, will provide tomorrow" is their default answer for absolutely everything. The exact same thing happened when asking for an iron and even just two forks. They don't even keep basic tissues at the front desk.

Pros:

Good location near the beach, room although not very new was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, good breakfast buffet. Excellent value for the price

Cons:

Room got very hot during the day but it was expected as it has big windows facing direct sun in the afternoon. AC was working well though , As mentioned by other guest, cleaning is very superficial but towels are changed every day. Can be noisy if you have noisy neighbours as there is no phonic isolation.

Bữa sáng khá ổn. Đi bộ ra biển mất khoảng 5 phút.
Phòng sạch sẽ. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình.
Lần sau nếu đến Đà Nẵng nhất định sẽ quay lại

Bể bơi hơi nhỏ xíu. Quầy Bar ko có nhân viên trực thường xuyên. Thay khăn tại bể bơi rất muộn nên không có khăn để dùng
