Pros:

Очень хороший отель, всё понравилось. Рядом 4 Маркета, хорошая фошная. Завтраки на 5+. У нас был вид на море, вид зачётный, есть бассейн на крыше. Есть один нюанс, у них 2 отеля, мы бронировали в этом отеле, нас заселили в отель по лучше.

A very pleasant stay overall, with really good value for the price.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and hospitable. I stayed for two weeks and after a while they recognized me and remembered my usual requests which was a nice personal touch. In the end they even gave a hand-written letter and a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was good with a lot of different options. The pools in both buildings are really nice with a beautiful view, as they are on the 11th and 22nd floors.

Cons:

There were some small ants in the room, so you could not leave food out on the table, but that was the case in all my Vietnamese accomodations, not only here. The room had a bit of a damp smell and you could see some damage on the walls from humidity, however, if you opened the window every day, the smell was not too bad.

Персонал очень-очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Расположение хорошее. Тихо, не слышно звуков машин от трассы расположенной у первой линии. Вокруг куча магазинов и кафе. У некоторых есть русское меню. Есть несколько аптек. Убирают каждый день. Завтраки хорошие.

A truly amazing hotel
Pros:

Love this hotel, it is our third time staying here and they certainly went out their way to make us feel welcome, right down to a gift when we checked out. The staff really do go beyond here, such a great hotel and we'll be back next month.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and the staff are very kind and helpful. I especially want to thank the Bich Ha who did our check-in. She explained everything about the hotel very clearly and was always ready to assist us. She was always smiling and very welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Her positive attitude made us feel happy to stay here. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Cons:

Le fait que l'housekeeping te réveille en toquant à ta porte à 9h pour nettoyer ta chambre est super désagréable (il n'y a pas d'accroche porte "Do not disturb)
