Pros:

Big bed

Cons:

Position (difficult to find) and not so closed to the sea.
Terrible check in progress (there is nobody at what they call the office, just a madam that shows you the apartment).
Payment just via PayPal (not through booking.com) or cash. No chance to pay by credit card.
After 1 day from the check out we're still waiting for the payment receipt.
The bathroom has to be deeply cleaned.

Pros:

I would have enjoyed the general area but never got the chance to do just that. Bait and switch. I booked through booking with my card then they wanted me to pay via PayPal only and more than the price through booking

Cons:

Everything. This place is a joke. I stayed here once and it was just as difficult. Never anyone there. Guests or staff

A total disaster!!
Cons:

They asked us to contact a person to arrange the check in hour and that person disappeared the day we arrived (stopped answering our messages and was not at the place to receive us). We were asked to pay through PayPal, because nobody could go and charge us directly from the credit card, and they charged us even more then the published USD price in Booking!!! (They said it had to do with the exchange rate of their bank……)
Plus, the price was already too high for the room provided.. too expensive for the offered service.

I wouldn’t recommend this host ever. When exposing all our concerns they simply reply “we are in Mexico”.

Probably scam !

Cons:

They did not let us enter to the property. No one from the apartments complex was at the place. They co taxt us only via phone and they ask for making some banking transfer. Lady from facility management, who we talked downstairs, she has mentioned it is not first time this happened.

Cons:

i had to contact them several time to get an answer and the QR code to enter in the property! then they asked for a payment in cash or bank transfer, on the arrival day!!
after 3 days no housekeeper shows, I asked housekeeping as we had no ore toilet paper and trash bin full.. they show after 4 days ! avoid this rental source as they just want your money and don’t take care of customer satisfaction! I was there last year and was perfect but it seems the things have changed now’

Disappointing, not as advertised
Pros:

Pool was good and location was ok as long as you have a car

Cons:

Apartment had no table or chairs which was highly inconvenient to say the least, no dishwasher, washer dryer despite eing advertised. The plunge pool was green and though they claimed they'd cleaned it was clearly not. Constant pain to get tge cleaner and clearly under staffed. Staff on site were rude and unhelpful. Our agency representative tried hard but she had no support.

Not as advertised
Pros:

We were much more fortunate than our in laws. Their one bedroom suite lacked a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and they were not offered any solution/compensation at all! As we were a party of 8, we borrowed tables from the pool area for dinner (that no one was using and there were plenty left). We were reprimanded and threatened with a fine.

Cons:

One bedroom suite was not as advertised. Bedroom and ensuite were up a marble staircase despite being advertised as “entire unit on ground floor”. We were unable to relax through our 2 week stay as we have a 1yo learning to climb. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up, but it had an incredible dip in it. The private pool was putrid and only cleaned on our 2nd last day. (To be fair, it was not included in the ad). Cleaning does not begin until day 7. All payment is taken up front. Only 2 toilet rolls are provided complimentary, you are supposed to buy more if you need more!!! As compensation, they offered daily cleaning, but they were unable to even remove rubbish daily due to poor planning and an overworked elderly maid. Not ideal to have 3 days of rubbish with 2 kids in nappies! They didn’t even offer extra garbage bags and to tell us where the external bins are. Oh, the hot water smelt of sewerage. Also not fixed until our 2nd last day (potential delays caused by arriving late on Christmas Eve). For the price I would have expected daily rubbish removal and fresh towels as a minimum. If it’s not the case, then it should be stated in the listing, not after arrival and full payment is made.

I did not enjoy anything about the property.

Cons:

location, staff, accommodations. My family and I didn’t enjoy anything about the property. We left and went to TRS Yucantan. The property is in the middle of no where. You need a rental car to get around. No food options near by. You need to purchase a day pass to access the Bahía Principe Resort. In my room the toilet was broken, fridge handle broken, and no wash cloths or towels provided.

At night the lights went out several times and my brothers fiancé was afraid. They left as well and met us at TRS Yucantan.

Never again!
Pros:

The complex is beautiful. Service was horrible, the room was not cleaned well.

Cons:

No one would help with my issues, I had a clogged sink in my room it took three days to fix after contacting booking.com and harassing the manager that would only reply messages via WhatsApp. I had to use the shower to wash my my hands and brush my teeth. My sheets had dry blood stains, hair, and dust. I sent the photos to the manager and didn’t reply with anything. The second bathroom didn’t have any toiletries. This is my third time using this facility and will never use again, I left to another hotel 3 days into my 5 day stay. It was Anah unit D01.
