The cleanliness, Room service, the amenities all are below standard and disappointing.

Really bad experience. We were charged Rs 5000 for a room as it was peak season. Wifi and TV was not working. Water bottles were not provided. The breakfast offered was pathetic which we refused to take. There was smell of fungus in the room. The cleanliness in the rooms was much below average.

Pathetic and ill behaving ,harassing due to inaction and telling lies .

Absolutely zero toiletries,no towel .

Fans are dirty .

Room was unmaintained it seemed .

Wasted my money and every morning was a hassle .

My mum who woke up earlier had to call multiple times which was not picked up by sleeping staff downstairs and then , despite her knee problem ,had to climb downstairs for water problems

Staff is shameless to not tell firstly about hot water problem whatever it is n then not informing it .

Owner must change his staff or train them ,zero professional , rude .

On website it's said breakfast included but it was so harassing when firstly they denied and then on multiple calls after showing them the booking details , he,the staff responded with different responses and delayed our morning departure for the trip .

It was a pathetic 2 days experience at the hotel except that atleast the owner listened but do the tourist have this much time or should they be forced to face this

Experience worth less than 700 bucks and coated me 2000 rs a night .

We had book the hotel via booking.com for family members but at the last moment they denied to give the room
And later on they said that we can provide you the room but at double cost , as we are in need so we had gone with that and the facilities was of poor quality
Over all I would like to say that they are treating like a fraudster
