Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement placé, à quelques mètres de la plage, des restaurants et du night market. Les chambres sont très grandes. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une suite avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel de l'accueil est très souriant.

Cons:

Nous étions venus il y a 2 ans. Le petit déjeuner a perdu en qualité je trouve. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n'était pas très aimable. La piscine et le plancher autour mériteraient une rénovation car certaines planches bougeaient beaucoup.

Affordable and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location with pizza restaurant out front and pool on rooftop. Good breakfast and close to beach.

Cons:

Stairs at entrance.
City invaded by way too many Russians (not the hotels fault, but why I wouldn’t go back) .
Right at the end of the alley hard for cars to access so need to walk up alley to get a grab.

am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at te floor 10th My experience was deeply distressing and entirely unacceptable for any lodging establishment, let alone one marketing itself at this price point.The room was extremely dirty, unsanitary, and structurally poorly maintained. Specific issues included:Severe Pest Infestation: I was bitten by bed bugs and encountered ants inside the room during the night.Filthy Bedding: The initial bedding had highly visible stains. When I requested a change, staff blamed their laundry company. While the sheets were replaced, the blanket and bed cover provided were severely discolored, stained, and emitted a foul, waste-like odor. Pillowssmell like they haven't washed them for years. .Poor General Cleanliness: The floors were insufficiently wiped, the walls were covered in stains, and the provided towels were old, torn, and resembled rags.The room looked nothing like the advertised pictures, and the lack of basic hygiene poses a serious health risk. Furthermore, the defensive attitude of the staff when addressing the dirty linen was highly unprofessional. I ultimately cut my time short to stay at a nearby 4-star property that provided the basic cleanliness and customer respect expected.
