Pros:

The Romanian cleaning lady was very nice.
Also, my daughter was sad that we missed the pool access in the evening (we had a misunderstanding with the staff regarding the closing time of the spa) , and next day, the lady from the reception was nice and gave us 30 minutes access to the pool. My daughter was extremely happy to swim even for that bit. After all, that's why we chose the place. For our daughter to enjoy the spa.

Cons:

The sauna's very limited schedule.
Closing the pool a bit later would be a great improvement.

Excellent chalet and worth the money
Pros:

A lovely chalet rooms were good and staff excellent I would rate it as 3 star and worth every penny. The only thing missing would be a bar and breakfast is limited but over all worth the price paid

Pros:

Het is een zeer mooi en verzorgd hotel dat alles biedt wat je nodig hebt voor een aangename en zorgeloze skivakantie. De kamers zijn netjes, comfortabel en goed onderhouden, met voldoende ruimte om tot rust te komen na een dag op de piste.

De faciliteiten zijn compleet: er is voldoende bergruimte voor skimateriaal, aangename gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de netheid in het hele hotel viel op.

De ligging is centraal gelegen, ideaal voor wie maximaal van de skivakantie wil genieten zonder té ver te moeten gaan voor de restaurants of skipistes.

Cons:

Hoewel het ontbijt verzorgd en uitgebreid was, met een ruime keuze aan brood, beleg en andere verse producten, vond ik het jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid was om warme à-la-minute gerechten te bestellen, zoals roerei of een spiegelei met spek. Dat zou het ontbijt nog net dat tikkeltje completer en luxueuzer maken.

Daarnaast bevinden het zwembad en de sauna zich in een apart gebouw. Hoewel de faciliteiten zelf aangenaam en goed onderhouden zijn, is het minder praktisch dat je na het zwemmen opnieuw naar buiten moet om terug naar het hotel of chalet te gaan. Zeker bij koud weer is dat wat minder comfortabel.

Beautiful little Hotel in a quaint village.
Pros:

The ladies on the front desk are always very friendly and welcoming from the moment that you arrive. We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and have always enjoyed our stay. It is very convenient for local ski slopes and also ones that a little further away. Les Saisies is only 20-30 mins drive for excellent snow.
There are numerous restaurants nearby, Les Sapins for local well cooked food, Pizza Mountain for take-away, and also a good pizza restaurant at the other end of the village. Megeve is only a short drive.
There is a Sherpa convenience store literally on the doorstop for anything that you may may have forgotten.
A really nice swimming pool.. and sauna. We really enjoy staying at this hotel. Thankyou Ladies.

Cons:

We always have to leave!! but we will be back.
