I will not recommend this hotel, it's not hotel, it's 3bhk flat in one apartment
Pros:

I just like the courtesy of the owner to change our room on the spot as the room booked didn't have attached washroom, which was not clearly mentioned in the advertisement

Cons:

I didn't like the way receptionist spoke with me

The rooms were clean

Cons:

It’s a 3bhk flat converted into guest house and might work for big family. Also we booked a room and it turned out to not have an attached bathroom. We had to pay extra for another master bedroom and the location is also not very close to city center.

Expectations as per basic norms/ charges were not maintained.
Cons:

It's just a apartment rented and made as a Guest House. I assured to pay Rs.1600 per night for a room, once reaching the property through booking.com. While booking it was not mentioned that we need to use common toilet facilities. Once I reached the property I was asked to use common toilet facilities.The Guest House is not as per Star Category of Hotel. The list will be very long if I discuss on rules and regulations of running a Guest/Hotel, so I skip. Just for basic facilities, I accepted to pay extra Rs.200 and booked another room. There is no GST bill or Professional Receipt for the stay in the Guest House. I feel it's purely evading tax and exploitation from Customers. I think it's a family run business. They were polite. I just shared my experience. It's upto any individual to take their own decisions. Thank you.

Cons:

1. Despite being aware that we were checking out, the staff seemed preoccupied with the idea that we were robbing the guest house, yet they proceeded with their duties without waiting for us to leave. They may have had their reasons, but professionalism should be a priority when taking responsibility and fees from guests.
2. Despite booking a double bed online at a specific price, the caretaker argued for more money upon arrival, which was not legitimate. After resolving the issue and obtaining the room, the caretaker displayed an attitude while departing.
3. You will receive nothing beyond accommodation during your stay.
