Good facilities, clean rooms, and a kind owner, but poor staff hospitality
Pros:

The owner was very kind, humble, and approachable. The AC room was good, and the overall cleanliness and facilities were satisfactory. The property has potential to offer a good stay if the service and room allocation are improved.

Service
We booked one single deluxe room and one double standard room, but the single room provided was actually a staff room with no windows or ventilation, which was extremely disappointing. We had to pay extra for an upgrade and all three of us ended up sharing one AC room with an extra mattress on the floor and a single bathroom. The service staff was rude and unwelcoming, making a scene when we requested an extra mattress, bedding, blankets, and fresh towels the following day.

They forgot to hold a reservation for our room (but they gave us a different room in a nearby hotel).
A lot of noise from the nearby restaurant (till 23:00).
