Prima kamer en locatie. Lekker ontbijt
Pros:

De kamers waren groot en schoon, het bed was vrij hard maar verder wel fijn om een balkon te hebben.

Cons:

Het personeel sprak weinig engels, dus alles moest met google translate. Verder wel vriendelijk en lekker ontbijt.

The mattresses are atrocious. Hard springs dig into your body. The staff did all they could to reduce the discomfort, first they changed my room then they put as much padding as they could on the mattress. There is practically no maintenance, as far as I could tell, the toilet seat was floating around, the faucet swivelled with the handle, the phone wire was cut...

Keurig hotel. Mooie lounge

Cons:

Personeel gaf geen juiste informatie. Kon niet met creditcard betalen en kon niet overmaken. Alleen cash. En de ATM’s accepteerden mijn creditcard niet. Op de site van booking staat dat ze wel Visa accepteren. Taxi regelen moest ik 3x vragen.
Het bed was erg hard en niet comfortabel. De prijs was laag maar dan liever iets meer betalen. En betere service. Slechtste ervaring in Vietnam tot nu toe. Ik ben van hotel veranderd en dat was een wereld van verschil.
