I loved my stay at this hotel. My room was perfect and the view was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring the local area. Highly recommend this accommodation.
A small fridge. Why pay to eat out when you this balcony and view. Would have been nice to keep some drinks etc cool. Especially considering the hotel does not have on-site restaurant. This would not stop me highly recommending though.
Comfortable room with superb views to the mountains and large outside terrace to sit and drink in the scene.
Very close to railway station with minimal uphill; slope to access the hotel. Do not arrange for collection from station. Completely unnecessary (and exorbitant fee offered).
Breakfast though not exciting was perfectly adequate
Renewal of teabags and cleaning of tea cups would have been nice.
There is a small uphill walk to the hotel, but it’s very close to the train station and only about a 15-minute walk to the FirstBahn. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, making it a great choice for solo travelers.

ホテルは駅に近いが、急な上り坂を 荷物を持って上るのは 結構大変だった
部屋が狭くデスクもなし、パソコン作業や、小物や荷物を広げるスペースがなかった
部屋に冷蔵庫なし、冷やしたい物は フロントにお願いする（その度に階段を往復するのが面倒）
冷房がないので 窓を開けていたのだが、虫が入ってきて困った（今後は網戸を付けて欲しい）
グリンデルワルドの宿泊価格が高いので仕方ないのかもしれないが、コスパは悪いと思った

Their staffs are super friendly and have very good smile. The room is very new and clean. The views from the balcony are great and it’s only 3 mins walk from the station.

If I have to find something "negative", I would say the breakfast was very good but there was not a big choice
就在火车站旁边 就是要爬一小段坡 不过去first山还是很方便的，性价比也比其他高很多 风景很好
I was in Grindelwald for the Eiger Ultra Race, so the location of Hotel Caprice 5 mins from the start (and finish) was perfect. Its also really close to the railway station which is convenient if you travelled by train as I did. My single room was at the front of the hotel with a fantastic views of the Eiger, and also had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on and take in the panorama.
One aspect of the Hotel I particularly appreciated was that they started breakfast at 2am on race day, my event started at 4am so this was a big bonus.
There was nothing I didn't like about Hotel Caprice.
