I liked the room set up and the fact they had a microwave very spacious , fridge and a tub.

It was a beautiful hotel but the workers seemed very passive aggressive not very friendly

Good, I wish it could be better.
Pros:

One of reason we always come here is its proximity to Chinatown’s food hub i.e. No parking troubles and inching your way to short traffic distance.

Cons:

We always have stayed here but for some reason only 1 working elevator is used over our weekend stay. The ice machine is also not working on their recommended floor.

The environment is good, located in Chinatown, the hotel is well equipped, clean and beautiful.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and eager to help every customer.It is commendable that the Chinese receptionist at the front desk, Sydney, is thoughtful, professional and responsible.

Cons:

Breakfast is simple, lack of Chinese food, suggest adding soybean milk, fried dough sticks, meat buns.
