The staff are all very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is very central, and convenient to other places, e.g. bus stand, taxi stand, shops, etc.
This hotel is excellently placed for visits to Kainchi Dham ( Neem Karoli Baba 's Ashram, Nainital Lake, and Almora.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in India. I highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel as well. It's a good variety of food and very reasonably priced.
The hotel also has a supermarket next door, open to 9 pm, that keeps a huge range of foods and non foods.
Overall I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Cons:

The weather was a little off on some days for part of the time.
I don't really have any faults with the hotel.

Like the location since it's in the middle of all the major locations of nainital.. like lake nainital and bhimtal nawkuchiya tal , neem karoli ashram etc

Recommended for a short homely stay
Pros:

The staff, very polite and helpful. Arranging cabs & food per our request. Also accommodated a later checkout. The food was homely with good portions.

Pros:

Stay was very comfortable, nice location, room was clean , food was very yummy, all the staff members were very helpful especially the manager Mr Kartik , who helped me out of the way.
