Perfect stay for kainchi dham
Pros:

It was pleasant and comfortable. We wanted to visit kainchi dham and this location suited our stay as everything was nearby. Plus other scenic locations were also nearby.

An absolutely stunning Hotel. I can't find anything bad about this hotel.
Reception
The reception as you enter the hotel is especious and the staff at the reception are simply amazing. They are all very sweet and cooperative.
Service
The room service is EXCEPTIONAL. Room cleaning is beyond imagination. And Kartik made such cute things with towel in our room. Was loved by our daughter.
Rooms
The rooms are all made in a manner that all of them have a partial hill n garden view. The rooms are lavish and have everything & anything you can ask for. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and lavish rooms.
The food is amazing and so are the drinks simply amazing.they have Indian cuisine and very nice one and has exceptional buffet.

They have access to scooty n taxi service
They have a smart grocery mart in the entrance.
You can feed fish. Kids love it.

Pathetic hotel Raikwals, bhowali
Pros:

Raikwals hotel service is horrible.
They provide rooms in the basement for stay where there is no water supply in the washroom most of the times.
Very poor service.
It's about 10 kms from Neem Karoli Baba temple.
And to reach there from the hotel there are no provisions.
Hotel manager gives endless excuses for lack of water supply in the washroom early in the morning when water is needed the most.
Pathetic service, pathetic hotel
No one should book it ever.

Cons:

Service, food, nothing was even upto the mark.

Pathetic stay at Raikwals hotel, Bhowali.
Pros:

I will not recommend this property, Raikwals to anyone.
I was given a basement room with no balcony.
None of the rooms have AC.
I had informed the manager that I will be going early in the morning for Darshan at 5.00 am.
When I woke up at 4.00am there was no water at all in the washroom, neither in the sink, or tap or hand shower.
I called the manager, Karthik and reported about no water supply, he said probably the overhead tank is empty, he'll start the pump and water will come within 10 min.
But even after 30min there was no water, so called him again.
He pretended to be surprised that still water hadn't come.
Then he sent an attendant to the room to check the taps, as if I was saying something wrong.
The attendant was reeking of cigarette smoke, he saw the taps and said I will check why water is not coming.
In all this process I lost a lot of time, and our cab driver had already arrived.
Later the attendant brought a bucket of cold water which was of no use for us.
We left without using the bathroom.
And water never came till 6.00 am when I left.
In this whole fiasco I lost an hour of precious time.
Manager does nothing apart from showing his sly smile.
I am totally disappointed with this kind of service.
Water is a basic necessity which was also not provided to us in the morning.
Pathetic service.
Do not choose this hotel unless you want to face similar issues.

Rooms are very small.
