綺麗で明るかった。海外の方もいたがマナーも良く静かに過ごせた

Won't stay again because of the early check out time.
Pros:

Located along the popular Tanuki Streets, albeit not at the busiest section 4.

Cons:

Check-out time at 10am is ridiculous. There are far many better options along Tanuki Streets that offer typical check out time of 11am.

If it were not for the location, I wouldn't have picked Via Inn Prime Sapporo-Odori
Pros:

Great location!

Cons:

Rooms are small for a 2 adult room. Public baths do not have separation of bath and shower areas. Aircon is extremely noisy.

Excellent location with excellent staff. The auto check-in system is so inflexible and kept showing errors. Honestly, if not for the auto system, it would be a perfect 10

Cons:

The checkin system. Keeps requiring staff intervention. Made the staff busy because of it.

A flawless experience from start to finish. The automated check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and convenient. The location is perfect—central to everything—and the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

nice breakfast , very good location ,Tanukiji shopping street near the entrance/exit of the hotel , friendly staff , clean room , i love the complimentary coffee and tea and you don't need to bring your own toiletries because they provided also

Pros:

Excellent location connected to walking arcade.

Cons:

Room fell small.
Check out 10 am unless book directly from Via inn web 12 pm.
Staffs not friendly, we feel they did not like us.
