Cons:

The cleaning service was very bad. The smell in the surrounding area was bad. There were a lot of street dogs. Our children were very scared. There were also a lot of animals like lizards and cockroaches.
The hotel staff did not speak English. Due to these problems, I tried to cancel the hotel for the remaining days, but they did not give my money back. I really did not like the service.

The hotel is good and I would say that it’s exactly what you’re paying for. 
Pros:

We liked the location view from the restaurant, also the rooftop swimming pool has the best view. The room itself was very spacious and everything worked well.

Cons:

There is no direct access to the sea you need to go downstairs to reach the actual beach. And the sun beds are available only on the deck, but not on the beach itself. We are not particularly picky with the food, but there were not many things that we could eat on the breakfast. The fruit were good the vegetables also but would be nice to have more diversity, for example, at least one type of cheese and ham would be nice to add.

Great place for Phu Quoc accommodation
Pros:

The location is quite close to the city centre. Once you walk 2 min to the main road, access to all the various restaurants and shopping options available. However, the Phu Quoc night market is about 2-3km away. The beach is next to the resort's restaurant. Just approx 10-15 drive from the airport.

The sea view is great. The breakfast did offer plenty of options. The staff is nice. The rooms are decent size and included all standard amenities like TV, coffee, hot water shower etc. A fridge was not available in the room.

Cons:

The view is nice but you'll have to ignore the under construction building on the side.

There was a locker in the room but needed to get it working on request.

Laundry price was like we were ripped off, it was 100k per kg. Also the quality of the wash wasn't up to the mark. The next day we found an alternative option outside for 60k/3kg with good quality wash.

Cons:

WiFi was poor.
Cleaning was bad, they didn’t change our bedsheets for 4 days.
There were no sunbeds at the beach, access to the beach was not convenient.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Our room on the 7th floor facing the sea was lovely, couldn't get a nicer view! it is quirky with the shower and toilet in glass cubicles. Clean bedding, ok towels, mini fridge, tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed.
Roof top infinity pool was lovely. good location.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed except for a basic breakfast even though it was advertised as open. It's grubby in places. Bed chairs extremely uncomfortable.
The staff do not seem to care, the hotel appears neglected except for the rooms and roof pool. There's no sign of any management, it's sad as it could be a wonderful place to stay.
