De ligging is top!

Cons:

Er zaten flink veel kleine vliegjes en muggen op onze kamer, maar nadat we aan de receptie hadden gevraagd of ze een spray ertegen hadden was erna bij terug komst op de kamer alles verdwenen. Dus goed geholpen!!

Don't spoil your holiday. Stay away from this hotel. I wish there was an option for negative ratings
Pros:

There is nothing good about the hotel. Never go to this hotel and you will thank me later. Worst hotel on the planet.

Cons:

No one picks your luggage at the pier so you have to drag it to the hotel. You will be all in sweat only to find only one check in counter open. Other staff will not even care. My kid was 4 years old and they charged additional 450 baht for breakfast. I told them that none of us would take breakfast becuase we had to go for island tour next morning. At the checkout if you are late by a minute they will charge you for full day. Whatever you say they have just one answer that it is hotel policy. You will feel as if you are speaking to deaf ears. Coming to the room - they are dark, dirty, old and no proper charging points. Bathrooms are dirty. Refrigerator was not working. I was so lucky that I was there just for a day and I spent most of the time outside. Too much negative vibes in the hotel. There are many better hotels around at a lower price.

The hotel was a stopover for us but we intend to return next year for longer and would recommend the hotel to others.
Pros:

The hotels is in an ideal location, for access to ferries and the small island village of Ton Sai. The pool area is very large and has a great view of the sea. We had a sea/pool view room which was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent too.

Cons:

There are too few plug sockets in the room and they could do with a makeover, however they are kept clean. The rest of the hotel would benefit from a gardener improving the planted areas and removing the dead plants. Also, the pool shows signs of a tide mark around the edge and could do with a clean.

Geldmaschinerie mit inkompetentem Hotellier
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, in Nähe der Anlegestelle, aber zur anderen Seite der Insel hin. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Lagune, die wir auch aus dem Zimmer heraus sahen.

Grosser Pool, mittels kleiner Treppe ist man direkt am/im Meer. Um am Strand zu liegen, muss man etwa 50 Meter nach links oder auch nach rechts gehen.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, wunderschöner Ausblick und wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse.

Cons:

Es scheint, als würde dieses Hotel als Geldmaschinerie genutzt und von einem Management ohne Hotellerie-Herz geführt werden.

Auf den zweiten Blick ist es vielerorts schmuddelig. Abfall liegt im Hotelareal herum, sichtbar, dass dieser schon länger da ist. Am Poolrand bilden sich sichtbar Algen. Während das Zimmermobiliar etwas älter, aber okay ist, ist das Badezimmer 30 Jahre alt, wenn das reicht. Der Fitnessraum ist nicht zu gebrauchen, das einzige Gewichts-Mutltifunktionsgerät ist defekt.

An der Bar hat es nur wenige Plätze im Schatten. Ein guter Hotellier hätte schon längst 5 Sonnenschirme gekauft, um mehr Schattenplätze zu erzeugen. Auch rund um den Pool waren die Schattenplätze rar.

Ebenfalls an der Bar fiel ein Teil des Lampenglases von der Decke herunter. Der grosse Rest hielt noch an zwei dünnen Drähten. Trotz Hinweis, wurde der Bereich nicht kurzfristig abgesperrt und das Glas entfernt, trotz Unfallrisiko (bei allen anderen Lampen waren die Gläser bereits weg).

Es wird also wenig investiert (das Dach sieht zwar neuwertig aus), das für die Gäste sicht- und erlebbar ist.

Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber faul. Von sich aus würden sie nie nachfragen nach weiteren Getränken. Geschirr und Abfall am Pool werden nur 1x abends von einer Person eingesammelt. Tagsüber windet es Plastik weg. Auch wenn ich hierbei sagen muss, die Gäste dürften ihren Abfall gerne auch selber zur Bar zurückbringen.

Schade, das Hotel hätte riesen Potential, aber das Management scheint nicht gewillt oder unfähig zu sein.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr abwechslungsreich sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist.
Die Lage ist perfekt und alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten die aber nicht der Rede wert sind.

Der Pool ist schön groß und man hat genügend Platz, nur man bekommt nicht immer eine Sonnenliege.

Kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen

Havde 4 dage på Phi Phi. Det var 2 dage for meget.
Pros:

Hotellet var fint i forhold til prisen, med fin beliggenhed og dejlig udsigt. Dog var hotellet lidt slidt, og aircondition på værelset var ikke særlig regulerbar, og blæste direkte ind på sengen, så man blev nød til at have det slukket om natten, hvor det så til gengæld blev meget varmt.

Cons:

Phi Phi Island var generelt lidt en skuffelse.
Der var især meget larm om natten (høj diskotekslyd), og det er blevet lidt for "Ibiza" agtigt.

The entire experience was amazing. We looked out our.room over the pool to the sea absolutely stunning. Fabulous location. Great friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Great food and drinks. I had rwad that it was a noisy location but we didn't find that. Would stay here again. Gorgeous hotel cat.
