Seit 20 Jahren nichts mehr erneuert worden, preis leistung schwach.
Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer aufs Meer war echt super!
Die allgemeine Lage des Hotels ist echt Optimal ! Liegt zentral, aber nicht mitten in der Lauten Party Beschallung( zumindest unser Zimmer).
Beim Frühstück gibt es recht viel Auswahl, die probierten Speisen waren auch alle gut !
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war Gut! Im Turbo ist das Zimmer in 5 min Kalt !
Der Service war Gut, unser Abflusstopfen wurde innerhalb von 10 min repariert.

Cons:

Meiner Meinung nach vor 20 Jahren ein super Hotel , aber alles sehr veraltet, vor allem die Bäder wirken sehr heruntergekommen! Die Dusche ist der größte Reinfall! Wirkt nicht sauber, und der Duschkopf ist senkrecht an der Wand, aber nicht verstellbar, wer sich das überlegt hat….
Die Betten sind auch alles andere als komfortabel, die Federn aus der Matratze sind beim liegen allzeit zu spüren und wenn man sich bewegt knirschen sie Laut!

Die Stühle, sowohl auf dem Zimmerbalkon als auch im Restaurant fallen fast auseinander, teilweise sogar mehr als Fast. Eine Person mit 100kg kann dort nicht sitzen.
Ich muss sagen, ich brauche nicht zwingend ein Luxus Resort, aber für das Geld was eine Nacht dort kostet, einfach zu viel!
Wir sind anschließend in ein 5 Sterne Resort gegangen und haben dort etwa 15€ mehr bezahlt Pro Person.

Humidité extrème dans la chambre.

L’emplacement, la piscine et l’accès directe depuis la chambre

Cons:

Nous avons eu un chambre humide, extrêmement humide. Odeur de moisissure, le sold humide, les vêtement et nos affaire sont devenu humide… heureusement qu’on est parti au bout de 3 nuits.

Recomendo mas acho que deveriam melhor as instalações..antigas.

Moyen malgré le surclassement
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé avec une vue magnifique, l’emplacement devant la plage est incroyable, des transats sont mit à disposition mais .. premier arrivé, premier servi !
Bon restaurant à la piscine et prix abordable

Cons:

Le bruit des discothèques jusqu a 5 h du matin est infernal, l isolation est inexistante.
Le matelas est à ressort et fait très mal au dos et au corps.
L’eau de la piscine est tellement rempli de produit chimique que mon maillot blanc est ressorti vert apres 10 min passé dans l eau.
Le personnel du petit déjeuné en particulier celle qui fait les omelettes est méchante et désagréables, le petit déjeuné est basic et à 10 h00 il n’y a déjà plus rien

Pros:

Staff were great, pool guys did everything they could for us with a shortage of loungers and people leaving hotel but hogging beds all day.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms in need of upgrades. Tiles are missing in showers and generally looking old. But, was a comfortable room and facilities. The breakfast was ok but not the best we had so far in Thailand.

Não tem tomada de energia na cabeceira das camadas, chuveiro do banheiro muito rui, o box passa toda a água para o banheiro, e a ducha muito ruim, pelo nível do hotel deveria ter um chuveiro melhor

Would never stay here again, and would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Good location.
Nice view from the room and pool looking onto the sea.
Massage area near the pool was nice and staff in the massage area were lovely.

Cons:

Room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned for months.
Cockroaches all over the bathroom - they appear to live under the sink and shower and come out a lot.
Shower and sink had hardly any pressure.
Bathroom had an awful smell 24/7, left the bathroom door shut due to this however the smell hit you hard whenever entering the bathroom & even the room.
Beds were like laying on bricks & only one pillow each.
Rooms very dated which doesn’t usually bother me - but combined with all the other issues this does not appear to be a 4 star hotel.
Staff were so rude, all the time.
No lifts, and no help with luggage up/down to/from our 3rd floor room.
Expensive for the state of the hotel.
Was more excited to leave this hotel than I was to stay.
Put a downer on my PhiPhi experience.
