No fue lo que esperábamos

Que el personal es muy atento, además hay varios salvavidas tanto en piscinas cómo en la playa atentos a cualquier necesidad.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen las paredes mojadas, a la cabecera de la cama le escurre agua debido al aire acondicionado y es incómodo al tratar de recostarse en la cabecera porque literalmente se moja. Lo único que tiene son piscinas porque la piscina de olas está cerrada, la laguna artificial de arena blanca también está cerrada, la playa en esa área tiene mucho alfaque por lo que no es muy segura, únicamente piscinas pero creo que por ese precio hay mejores lugares. Además la comida no es de lo mejor, es simple y no hay mucha variedad. Por el precio que pagamos no vale la pena.

Avitación con defecto olor a humo paredes húmedas apagadores de luz no funcionaban extractor baño no funcionaba air acondicionado malo y la avitación pésima ubicación nunca dejen que les den una avitación frente al elevador hay que hacer cola para ingresar a tu avitación y en recepción creo que no me dieron la avitación. Que pague me dieron una más baja de nivel

We are not coming back anytime soon.

We have visited this resort before and this time, it was the worse visit, they convinced us not to comeback.

Cons:

The staff did not prepared the room for us, there were problems with the AC, problems with the safe box. The pools were dirty and one of them was extremely warm, not the best feeling.
The fact that we had to wait about 1 hour to resolve the issues when we first arrived, then the pools not being clean and extremely warm. Not what you expected from a “4 star” resort.

El hotel estaba bien en general, las piscinas y las actividades.

Que no había aire acondicionado en el loving y en los restaurantes tampoco, hacia demasiado calor, la variedad en el buffet muy poca, todos los días es lo mismo, los restaurantes solo dos para reservar y demasiada gente Para tan sólo dos restaurantes, la playa artificial no estaba en funcionamiento, la ducha de agua caliente no funcionaba, las habitaciones muy comunicadas se escucha todo el ruido de arriba y los lados.

No hay suficiente estaciones de snack, nunca hay comida, no tienen de todo para preparar las bebidas, las piscinas son muy pocas, el área de la playa también es pequeña!
