Pros:

For us, this was a much-needed oasis in Mumbai, offering peace and tranquility right by the lake. The location is perfect, a combination of peaceful apartment-style facilities and lively hotel amenities that create a great balance.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and offers a great view. The staff are truly next level. Everyone is incredibly friendly, always greeting you warmly, remembering your name, and even your morning coffee order.

When we returned for a second stay because we enjoyed it so much, they recognized us immediately, welcomed us back, and even surprised us with a goodbye cake.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Mumbai. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

A special shoutout to Ashwati, Rocky, Vithal, and many others who made our stay such a wonderful experience..

Overpriced and outdated
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not much TBH bcoz it didn’t look like a Marriott facility. The apartment was very outdated with electric points not working. No working exhaust in the shower. Over prized and certainly below average for Marriott standards.

Not great at all. Just the location.
Pros:

Only the location is good.

Cons:

Not clean.
No knives in the kitchen.

No Netflix app despite having two smart TV and staff said can’t add the app.

Too many dogs in the lift for other guests.

happy with our staycay. met a couple of pet-parents too with their pets and that was lovely.

prompt service too.
not very crowded so that helped
lovely weather helped us utilise the outside area too

somewhere PET FRIENDLY should be called out
and staff immediately should get the pet water without asking
like they do for humans

The buffet restaurant was 5 mins walk away from the main property and there was no shuttle service. The walk was on a very steep inclined road

Not the best. Wasn’t worth it.
Pros:

We booked it because it was pet friendly.

Cons:

There were extra charges for pets which wasn’t mentioned at all. Despite calling and checking with the property. And there is a policy of 2 pets per room which again wasn’t informed.
