Pros:

Ich habe Panoramic Pool View Villa gebucht.
Reine Dame hat mich erst mal ohne etwas zu sagen, zu einer Villa an der Straße geführt. Ich habe sofort reklamiert. Sie hat mir versprochen, dass ich nach zwei Tagen in meinen, eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer umziehen kann. Inklusive einem kleinen Rabatt.
Nach zwei Tagen wollte der Typ an der Rezeption davon nichts wissen und ich soll dortbleiben.
Er hat versucht nach einem Tag meine Nachbarn ( 1 Villa = 2 Zimmer) ebenfalls in ein noch schlechteres Zimmer umzuziehen. Diese haben das verweigert.
Für eine polnische Familie hatten sie zuerst auch keine Villa, die haben wenigstens einen Tag später das richtige bekommen.

Ich war acht Nächte dort, keine Zimmerreinigung. Ich habe nicht danach gefragt, das Personal war in anderen Punkten wenig hilfreich.
An einem Tag wollte ich am Abend im Hotel essen, da war zufälligerweise kein Koch anwesend.
Das Frühstück ist okay, auch wenn es wenig abwechslungsreich ist. Nur dieser Saft aus einer 1,5 l Flasche ist eine Katastrophe. Eine Art, süße Orangenlimonade.
Mit dieser Umgebung problematisch, es gibt erst ein brauchbares Restaurant in circa 2 km Entfernung. Rundherum sehr viel Müll.
Das Personal fährt mit dem Roller am Pool vorbei zu den Zimmern.
Es gibt keine Handtücher für den Pool.
Ein Glas mit Zigaretten stand eine Woche lang am Pool rum

Aus diesem Hotel könnte man sehr viel machen, man müsste nur das gesamte Personal und Management austauschen.
Diese haben keine Lust auf glückliche Gäste.

FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING. Fan didn’t work in room, hard to get a grab to come get you , sinks didn’t drain. Spend the extra money and stay closer to town , I left my accommodation 2 days early and just went back to Ho Chi Minh instead . No refund .

Beware. A person hacked my Expedia account and booked at 23 day stay ($1,900) at Trang Thuong Villa Phu Quoc. Even while the fraudster was on property for their lengthy stay, this property did nothing to address the issue, like checking the fraudster's ID or credit card. Expedia also avoided doing anything, like threatening to ban this property from posting rooms on their platform. I see the property is still listed on Expedia. Personally, I would never ever book with a property who would permit such a scam.
