Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms, albeit the bathroom we had was small. The breakfast was exceptional with loads of choice. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Only a short walk to the wharf. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby.

Un po' la stanza con finiture non da 4 stelle. Maniglie che quasi si rompono solo a vederle esempio vasca in plastica o porta cartigenica molto mobile Sul muro. Ma nel complesso ok.

The location was the biggest attraction. The facilities were pretty good but not the greatest value
Pros:

The location close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 is the main attraction the F tram passes right by the door giving good access to downtown.

Cons:

The aircon in the room was very noisy. I cannot understand why bottles water is supplied only once on arrival when we were staying 8 days! Only supplied 2 coffee pads per day. I’ve been in hotels which cost half as much and are more generous.

Excelente ubicación, tienes muchas opciones caminando, tiendas, Alcatraz, el wharf. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, el desayuno muy variado y rico.

Cons:

No tienen habitaciones familiares, tuvimos que sacar 2 habitaciones, pero al menos fueron contiguas. Lo demás todo excelente.

I loved it, and I would stay here again for sure!
