Great stay for work travel and a short walk to convention center!
Pros:

The location was about 10 minutes away from the convention center and it was relatively easy to commute to my stay. The size of the stay is just right for what I needed.

Cons:

Wish the top part of the door had a privacy film; not a deal breaker just something to note for any females traveling alone.

Convenient for my business trip
Pros:

Great location. Host was very helpful and understanding.

Cons:

Wifi speeds could be slightly better. It would have been good to have some food options available since it's slightly away from plazas.

Great stay overall and would visit again!
Pros:

Had a great and easy stay at National Harbor Suite 1. It is close to the Gaylord and much more affordable than hotels in the area. The host was very friendly and ensured easy check in and out.

Cons:

You can’t control the temperature in the room which was expected given the multi unit nature of the property but it was so warm I couldn’t sleep well.

Great stay for conference near Gaylord Hotel
Pros:

Loved the location for a conference at Gaylord Hotel
The hosts were great
Private and safe
Allowed me to check in early and check out late - very flexible. Understand this is not only available

Cons:

Not anything specific, but would be great to have a small kitchen available - easily adjustable and host can yield a higher rate
Could also do with a little privacy with planters in-between the doors
Both the above though are just suggestions

Very nice stay in National Harbor Suite 3 and highly recommended.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, and close to the Harbor convention center which takes about 10 minutes walking to the back door by the shortcut. And more the parking is free.

We had a very nice stay and appreciated the help provided by the host.
Pros:

The room was exactly as pictured and described. Very convenient to the Gaylord National Convention Center and only a half mile walk to the attractions of the National Harbor via the backyard gate.

Cons:

I would stay here again if I have another Gaylord conference at National Harbor
Pros:

It was approximately a 5 min walk to the Gaylord which was out the back gate

Cons:

Would have preferred a king bed vs queen as well as control over the room temp

Best place to stay if you come for a convention

Great location, clean with a lot of helpful extras and a host with a heart of gold
Pros:

For me the location was excellent, since I had a conference at the Gaylord. And nobody knows (not even Google maps) that there is a secret little Pathway (so please do not tell anybody) I walked to the Gylord in 7 minutes. The bed was wonderful, very nice appartment with water kettle, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Beautiful big garden and on top a great BBQ facility to use. The best of all was the wonderful host. What a gentle soul, very helpful. I was there without car and he took me to the local supermarket and went shopping with me, so I didn't have to carry it all by myself.

Cons:

Really nothing. It was all wonderful. I strongly recommend this one to all my friends.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay and feel we will return.
Pros:

Great location for walking both for exercise and going to National Harbor. The owners are very nice and down to earth. You may ask for things if needed.

Cons:

Make sure to ask for the air if needed

Pros:

I love the location - I had a convention I was attending at the Gaylord and it was the perfect place to get to the Convention Center. A quick little jaunt down the street and I was there. It was a safe and quiet location which was perfect!

Wonderful stay here in a business trip.very relaxing coming back after days of meetings. Highly recommend
Pros:

Loved the Location, so close up the Gaylord and especially easy with the back entrance. Great amenities, wonderful air con. Coffee maker with pods, free bottles of water in fridge.

Cons:

Only slight thing was the mattress was quite firm but just because I’m used to a soft one. Personal preference.
