The only place to stay in Tam Coc.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location us excellent and convient. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil. The pool was clean and the breakfasts were spectacular and plentiful.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was above expectations.

Amazing homestay in Tam Coc
Pros:

The room was great, spacious and comfortable. The beds super soft and comfy. Everything was very clean.

The place looks super pretty and the owners are extremely cute and helpful, they are always smiley and ready to help you out with whatever you might need. I loved how much care they put into everything, they really make you feel at ease.

Great location too!

Pros:

The family running this homestay were super friendly nothing was too much. Always ready to help us arrange things like hiring bicycles, a scooter and onward transport to Hanoi. The room was big and clean with 2 large double beds. It was nice that there was a separation on the bathroom floor between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the whole bathroom wouldn't be wet after taking a shower, unlike most places in Vietnam. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from Tan Coc Main Street but still far enough away from all the noise. There is also a nice small swiming pool area which sadly we didn't have the time to use during our stay.

Maravillosa atención
Pros:

Ubicación tranquila, alejada de la calle principal. Personal muy atento y agradable. Nos dejaron guardar el equipaje el día del check out y nos proporcionaron toallas cuando llegamos a recogerlo por si queríamos darnos una ducha o asearnos.

El desayuno estaba bastante rico y era muy abundante, tenías que elegirlo el día anterior. Entre las opciones estaban Pancakes, que servían con plátano y Sirope de chocolate o miel. Y huevos fritos que venían dos, acompañado de cuatro tostadas, mantequilla y mermelada. Todo ello con café, zumo de frutas natural y frutas variadas.

Cons:

Algo ruidoso por la noche y el internet iba regular.

Tamcoc je reviendrai en été
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel leur volonté de se plier en 4 pour vous satisfaire ! La tranquillité de l'emplacement qui pourtant est à 2 pas du centre de tamcoc.

Cons:

Le froid et la pluie ! Mais le lemon tree n'y est ppur rien!

ביקשנו לנקות את החדר אפילו החליפו שוב מצעים
נתנו לנו פירות ומים לדרך

Buona posizione
Pros:

Staff molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Hanno cercato di aiutarci in ogni modo.

Cons:

La nostra camera non era come quella prenotata e in generale le foto anche della struttura sono modificate (in ogni caso è più che buona)

Perfect location & lovely hosts
Pros:

The location is very central (close to all the action in Tam Coc) yet peaceful, as it’s tucked away on quieter inner streets. The homestay is beautiful, and the hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. Our room was ready many hours before check-in at no extra cost, and they also treated us to a delicious breakfast.
You can truly feel how much they care about their guests, Hannah even gifted us a tasty traditional snack, which was such a lovely touch. They also offer tours and bicycle rentals if you need them. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place

Schöne, saubere Anlage mit bemühtem Personal
Pros:

Sehr schöne, saubere Anlage, insbesondere mit dem Pool und den einzelnen Bungalows (bequemes Bett und schönes Bad). Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker, wenn auch die Auswahl recht klein war. Die Lage war sehr gut, schön ruhig und trotzdem in fußläufiger Nähe zum Zentrum. Fahrräder konnten wir für 50.000 pro Tag ausleihen, das war super!
Riesen Plus: Wir kamen um 8 Uhr morgens mit dem Nachtbus an und durften direkt in unser Zimmer einchecken!

Cons:

Der Pool wirkte wie im Winterschlaf: etwas leer und nicht so gepflegt (das Wetter hat aber sowieso auch nicht ganz zum Schwimmen eingeladen). Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes keine weiteren Gäste gesehen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.
Leider kann das Personal kein wirklich gutes Englisch sprechen. Dies hat am Ende leider auch zu einem Missverständnis bei der Buchung einer Busfahrt geführt (diese wurde uns als Private Car verkauft, auch auf Nachfrage so bestätigt).

Pros:

Everything was fine. The staff is really attentive and helpful. The breakfast is amazing (the best we had in Vietnam!). The homestay is beautiful and the room is big.

Cons:

There is just a small street to go there where the car can’t go, and it can be flooded with rain but it’s not a big deal
