Pathetic experience, no one should stay here

We booked from booking.com for a standard AC double room. We were first shown a 8by8 feet room without any windows. Eventually we were given a bigger room, however it did not match the description or photos. No AC, no glasses, Kettle, water bottle, toiletries for the entire 3 nights stay. Only one towel was provided for two guests. For 3 nights we had arranged our own water. The geyser was not working from day 1 and no attempts to fix it till we checked out. We had to ask for hot water in buckets every time. Our booking had Breakfast included in it, on day 1 we were given roti sabzi in a black plastic packet, bought from a street side shop. After asking disposable plates were provided as if the expectation was that we will eat out of the plastic bag. For the rest of the day no breakfast was provided. There is an old couple living near the property, not sure if they are owners or just neighbours. They were very nosy and inhospitable. We had to move our vehicle from the parking spot thrice to meet their preferences. Also we had kept some washed clothes in front of the room to dry them, there were objections. Although, there was exposed garbage and dustbins right in front of our room.
