Bad stay in my life

Cons:

Everything was very unclean, the place smelled strongly of cigarettes, I had a child with me, there were no slippers for the bathroom, the floor was very dirty, the sheets were infested with insects and unclean, the shower area was broken, the toilet had a foul odor, and the trash had been there for two days. There was no cleaning service.

Assez difficile car je suis sensible au bruit et du coup, je n'ai pas bien dormi.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil, la literie et l'espace dans la chambre. La douche était ok.

Cons:

Le bruit des climatiseurs extérieurs : ils se déclenchaient par intermittence, donc très bruyants en pleine nuit. L'état du mur dans les toilettes - un grand trou, qui pour l'instant n'a pas été comblé.

BE AWARE, The photos aren't the same as the reality believe me, The room and the furniture were so old that we couldn't stay for 1 hour, we immediately checked out and went to another hotel. The stairs are rotten, no elevator, furniture is outdated a lot, sheets are not clean, view on debris, mold in the windows, doors, everywhere. Totally regret booking this hotel. I wouldn't stay there even for free.

Le propriétaire ne m’a pas répondu pendant 2 jours avant l’arrivée et j’ai du attendre 2h devant l’hôtel le jour du check in c’est le voisin qui a dû l’appeler. La douche était cassé et quand je suis partie de l’hôtel il n’y avait personne pour le check out. C’était pas très professionnel.. il y a également beaucoup d’odeur de remontées d’égout dans l’appartement qui ne ressemble pas vraiment aux photos. Dommage

Когда мы прилетели в Стамбул, выяснилось, что наш номер занят. В отеле из персонала никого нет. Нас никто не встречал, хотя накануне с нас взяли предоплату, и хозяин знал о нашем приезде. Пришлось звонить хозяину. Он приехал и сказал, что поселит нас в другом отеле.
Для нас по разным причинам было важно наличие кухни. Мы специально бронировали апартаменты поэтому. Я спросила хозяина, апартаменты ли новый отель. Он ответил, что да.
Как выяснилось, в новом отеле нам предложили комнату 8 кв. м. В ней помещалась одна кровать, малюсенький столик, закуток с душем и туалетом. Из апартаментов остались только холодильник и электрический чайник:))
На вопрос, а где же заявленные в бронировке удобства, был один ответ, что этот отель их не предоставляет.
Пришлось срочно менять отель. Деньги нам, правда, вернули, но кто вернёт время и нервы?
