I have booked the hotel for approx 630rupees.but as I go to hotel for cheqk up then the staff as called receptionist ask for booking id .I gave him booking id ,he told me no room available for this price ..we can't process ahead. After then he gives me a offer that If u pay 1200 rupees then we can provide u a room .what the manner ?

The hotel denied us the booking at 1 am at night stating that they have refused booking.com to not to book at such low price hence if we will pay them 500 more over this per room then only they will allow. I don't know how brands like booking.com allow these cheaters to register usnder them... Finally we have not stayed there and booked somewhere else
