Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended!

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Nothing about my experience met my expectations. The advertisements and photographs displayed on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the hotel.

What is shown online is entirely different from what you get in reality. I honestly feel that customers are being misled by these advertisements.

I would strongly advise other travellers to think twice before booking this hotel. Please do not be fooled by the photographs displayed on the website. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Poor Hygiene and Cleanliness – Extremely Disappointing!

The hygiene and cleanliness standards of this hotel were absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom was in a very unhygienic condition, with mould all around and a terrible smell. To make matters worse, I even found a cockroach in the bedroom.

The room was not cleaned properly, the balcony was dirty, and the glass on the balcony doors was covered in dirt. Overall, the housekeeping and maintenance standards were extremely poor.

Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the minimum standard expected from any hotel, but unfortunately, this property failed to provide even that. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves its housekeeping and hygiene standards.

I booked a room here, but upon arrival, we were told the hotel was fully booked and were sent to another, extremely dirty hotel that was nowhere near the same standard. No transfer or proper assistance was provided, and at 3 a.m. we had to find another hotel in Mumbai ourselves.

We requested a refund, but after more than a month, we still haven’t received it. The property also ignores our calls and emails.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. You may arrive with a confirmed booking and still end up without a room.

Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The entrance and location were not good at all and did not feel welcoming or safe. After seeing the entrance, I decided not to check in or stay there. It did not seem worth the money. I would not recommend this place based on my first impression.
