The location.
I didn't like the very strict rules that almost made the customers uncomfortable instead of relaxing in the hotel.
No other facilities.. no hotel service for the tourist. Although staff are accommodating but services is not good. Wifi is poor
The bed not comfortable.. wifi is poor.. nobody helps you in your luggages. No shuttle for the guests.

I cant sleep due to constant hammering maybe construction.
I loved the hospitality and willingness to help of the crew. The rooms are decent, the bed is very comfortable. 9.5/10 In my opinion.
The warm water in the shower can only go to room temperature.......
The location
The front desk staff. She insisted that the policy about the security deposit was noted in the booking .com app. She was also not welcoming. The rooms were only prepared when we arrived at 3pm.
