Very clean and comfortable.
Good proximity to restaurants, services and tourist attractions.
Whilst general location was good there are several homeless located on the entrance steps of the building and we felt a little uncomfortable entering and exiting the property.
There is also loud noise from nearby bars at night. Ear plugs were provided but to little effect. Ok if you will be out partying with them!
The apartment is very nice and from the location you can reach everything fast. You even have a wonderful vew.
After difficultis, because auf extremely loud music, the people of the Wynwood houses helpt me to get a new apartment, which was a lot quieter.
If you have a deep sleep this apartment is wonderful. If you have light sleep, better get another apartment. Wynwood have a lot of nice apartments.
It was extremely loud, during evening and night, till 4am. The hole room was vibrating, because of music, a rooftop bar was playing and you could here another rooftopbar aswell.
Location was great for what we were looking for
Key lock wasn't opening, and there was nobody to talk too, finally texted somebody and were giving new codes and after the third intent we finaly got in. Aparently location is being manage from Canada
Room was spacious, clean and expected furniture and kitchen aids
Internet was slow or not available. TV did not had any channels available ( NO cable connections) so we can only watch Netflix or Youtube. Bathroom was clean but they only provided one set of bath towels, toilet tissues. if you need more you have to pay, that was really inconvenience. bed room fan wasn't working, shower switch was broken and even i asked never fixed

Malheureusement pas capable de dormir. À cause de la musique tellement forte des rooftop environnants même avec des bouchons c'est impossible de dormir.
Was fine
It was right in the middle of the nightlife area, which we didn’t know. For young people perhaps a good spot, but not for a family of 5. Definitely won’t recommend this
L’appartement en lui même grand et bien équipé
Pas d’accueil, emplacement au cœur des boites de nuit, pas d’extérieur ( vue sur le voisin) ,travaux devant des 6h du mat avec des artisans bruyants, pas de service de chambre, 2 chaises dont une cassée , peu de couverts. Électricité inop côté chambre. Bruits devant fiesta de 8h à 4h du mat
The location in Casco Antogo was great. The room was functional and the bed was comfortable. There were washers & dryers on site to use at no cost. Convinently located and served very easily with Uber.
Very noisy on weekends nights. The room we were given was completly on the inside. Had no views and we could not even open the shades for privacy. Would have prefered one of the units with an outside view.
The property was an a good location and was clean and presented well. The bed was comfortable and amenities were also pleasant plentiful. I have stayed in the other property about 50m away and really enjoyed it there and hoped this was would have been an upgrade.
The property is looking tired. Cupboards not being able to shut; balcony door not completely secure; the front door doesn’t shut properly and needs locking to stay shut; the TV is not and won’t connect to the internet so is useless.
There were no instructions once in the property to direct you to the right location and the instructions sent out were vague. It mentioned a code to enter the apartment door, but this was related to a key box further down the corridor.

Second stay here. The apartment is excellent. Spacious, well fitted out, kitchen and fridge, balcony with stunning view across the bay. Bed and pillows so comfortable. But…..
The noise from about 10pm through to 3am and beyond is unbelievable. Even the provided ear plugs do not work. I would give the property a far higher score, but for this.

El sofá cama es muy muy incómodo y si vienes en fin de semana tienes que tener en cuenta que esta en toda la zona de fiestas y el ruido es grande

El RUIDO ES UNA COSA DE LOCOS. Entiendo que es inevitable que afuera pongan música duro, pero no se mitiga internamente el tema del ruido no hay un vidrio a prueba de sonido y es demasiado necesario!!! Música a todo volumen Y a todo bajo, sonando sin parar de 10 am a 7 AM. Imposible dormir
solo las instalaciones internas del apartamento, el resto mucho desastre
NO tiene ni ningún tipo de señalización , para fácil ubicación , ni con el waze. Al ingresar lo primero que se siente es un terrible olor a humedad, el ascensor nos dejo atrapados varios minutos. la ubicación es terrible, el nivel de ruido de la zona , lo hace insoportable en la noche, ya saben y dejan tapaoidos , que no sirven para nada.
La zona no es la mas segura,
The apartment itself was lovely. Excellent kitchen, bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very comfortable for five people. Very clean. Good air conditioning.
1. There was no indication on the street that we were at the right place. Put up a sign that says "La Moderna!"
2. We did not receive our entry code before arrival. If you book here, make sure you get a code to get in. (And we coached others in the same situation. If someone does not have cell service I don't know what they would do.)
3. The location is on the acceptable edge of Casco Viejo--three blocks the wrong direction got dangerous.
4. Very loud much of the night, especially on weekends. Light sleepers beware.
5. We had bad luck of having a power outage the first day, and not having water for several days. Bad luck.

Está en un barrio de fiesta un poco ruidoso, aunque si usas tapones para dormir no te molesta el ruido exterior.
