Pros:

El alojamiento en si estaba muy bien, todo perfecto en su mayoría

Cons:

El sofá cama es muy muy incómodo y si vienes en fin de semana tienes que tener en cuenta que esta en toda la zona de fiestas y el ruido es grande

El RUIDO ES UNA COSA DE LOCOS. Entiendo que es inevitable que afuera pongan música duro, pero no se mitiga internamente el tema del ruido no hay un vidrio a prueba de sonido y es demasiado necesario!!! Música a todo volumen Y a todo bajo, sonando sin parar de 10 am a 7 AM. Imposible dormir

Great apartment, but the initial logistics were unacceptable.
Pros:

The apartment itself was lovely. Excellent kitchen, bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very comfortable for five people. Very clean. Good air conditioning.

Cons:

1. There was no indication on the street that we were at the right place. Put up a sign that says "La Moderna!"
2. We did not receive our entry code before arrival. If you book here, make sure you get a code to get in. (And we coached others in the same situation. If someone does not have cell service I don't know what they would do.)
3. The location is on the acceptable edge of Casco Viejo--three blocks the wrong direction got dangerous.
4. Very loud much of the night, especially on weekends. Light sleepers beware.
5. We had bad luck of having a power outage the first day, and not having water for several days. Bad luck.

Pros:

solo las instalaciones internas del apartamento, el resto mucho desastre

Cons:

NO tiene ni ningún tipo de señalización , para fácil ubicación , ni con el waze. Al ingresar lo primero que se siente es un terrible olor a humedad, el ascensor nos dejo atrapados varios minutos. la ubicación es terrible, el nivel de ruido de la zona , lo hace insoportable en la noche, ya saben y dejan tapaoidos , que no sirven para nada.
La zona no es la mas segura,

La comodidad del apartamento, la cama y estaba muy limpio. Cercano al.casco antiguo

Cons:

Está en un barrio de fiesta un poco ruidoso, aunque si usas tapones para dormir no te molesta el ruido exterior.

Pros:

Excelente apartamento, muito espaçoso, confortável, limpo, bem equipado. Localização muito central próxima ao centro histórico, bares, restaurantes, lojas.

Cons:

O check-in foi desastroso. Não haviam me passado o código do portão. Quando cheguei não pude entrar no prédio, que foi difícil de localizar. Depois quando finalmente entrei no prédio, não conseguia pegar as chaves pois a lockbox estava sem bateria e não funcionava.
O sinal de internet é fraco e instável.
Apesar da localização ser muito central, há mais de cinco boates na mesma rua, muito barulho durante o dia e principalmente a noite, além de barulho do tráfego também como buzinas durante todo o dia e noite.

Pros:

Está ubicado en un lugar estratégico del casco viejo,accesible para trasladarte a diferentes playas ( quedan lejos) o a otro lugar para conocer. Hay taxis, colectivos, metros todos excelente para viajar cómodos y seguros.

Cons:

Pensaba que el departamento tenía frente a la cinta costera, era media confusa la publicación a momento de alquilar

Cons:

La habitación estaba justo encima de una discoteca donde literalmente retumbaba la habitación. Imposible dormir por el ruido de la música que se alargó por el ruido de la gente cuando salió del lugar

Practical and comfortable
Pros:

Clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom, functional kitchen, ample space.

Cons:

I didnt mind the noise and vibrations from the nightclub below but I believe future guests should be aware of it. Also the entrance of the building gets sketchy at night (because of the club).

Cons:

It's like being in the middle of a dance club. It shouldn't be offered on this Apps I'm. I asked to be reimbursed the first night but they did not offered me anything. To be avoided.

Central but loud location
Pros:

Centrally located in Casco Viejo, modern rooms with nice amenities.

Cons:

No signage at the front door to indicate it is La Moderna, we had to ask many people on the street for assistance with locating it. It is also very close to LOUD nightclubs that are open until 3-4am on weekends, which made it very hard to sleep restfully (even with the ear plugs they provided).
