Väldigt bekväm och avkopplande med god mat och trevliga möten.
Pros:

Super vänlig, proffsig och hjälpsam personal! Alla är helt fantastiska.
Stor pool, nära stranden, nära Icon shopping mall. Nära många restauranger.

Stranden är sådär. Rätt stenig och grumligt vatten.

Riktigt bra restaurang inne på området vid poolen samt en riktigt bra pool meny och en strandrestaurang.

Handdukar vid poolen.

Aktiviteter varje dag- yoga ingår vissa dagar likaså många andra aktiviteter till barn och vuxna.

Kidscluben är även den helt fantastisk med underbart bra och snäll personal och roliga aktiviteter. Vissa kostar andra är gratis. Från 4 år kan man lämnas där ett tag under dagen vilket vår dotter älskade.

Grymt gym som har allt och lite till och suverän frukostbuffé.

Cons:

Jag önskade göra en utflykt gällande snorkling, hotellet ta på dryga 150% och skulle sen ha extra betalt för ex go PRO bilder. Jag köpte samma utflykt för 1/3 av priset på get you guide app. Lite trist men förstår också att dom vill tjäna pengar såklart.

Harika bir otel
Pros:

Tesis çok güzel, odalar temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte, bütün odaların denizi görüyor olması çok iyi.

Cons:

Bali’ye turistik geliyorsanız nerelere gitmek istiyorsanız o bölgede kalın çünlü trafikten bir yere gitmek çok uzun sürüyor. Otelin suçu değil bu.

Exceed expectations - will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The entrance way to the lobby was one of the most incredible hotel entrances I've been too. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants and shops near by if you need. We hired bikes from the hotel and bikes the boardwalk with our one year old and it was an easy safe way to get around. We booked an ocean view corner suite and it was spectacular. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful, family-oriented resort
Pros:

Breathtaking architecture and design of the lobby. Approaching the lobby resembles walking through a modern museum. Efficient checkin process, spacious, bright suite with incredible views of the ocean and the beach. Good location minutes away from beachside restaurants and a nearby shopping mall. Two huge swimming pools and direct access to Sanur beach. Helpful and well trained staff. Hotel is popular with Chinese guests, especially young families with children.

Cons:

The hotel is not cheap. The stunning high-class architecture of the lobby and other ground-level areas stands in stark contrast with the horror scene of the loud and crowded breakfast buffet where most guests seem under thirty and about one third seem to be under five. Waiters unable to keep up with timely delivery of coffee and egg dishes, unsupervised children running around and the general atmosphere of an out-of-control railway station at rush hour.

Allerede ved ankomsten – en time før check-in – blev vi taget imod med en smuk velsignelse og serveret en iskold, lækker blomsterte. Da vores værelse endnu ikke var klar, blev vi inviteret til at slappe af i loungen, hvor der var et fint udvalg af snacks, frugt, vand, juice og vin. Det var en meget behagelig start på opholdet.

Vores værelse var stort og lyst med balkon og en skøn udsigt over både havet og poolområdet. Vi blev mødt af vand og en velkomstkage, og der var desuden te og kaffe til rådighed. Selve værelset var pænt og komfortabelt, men bærer en smule præg af, at det snart kunne have glæde af en opdatering.

Hotellets tre restauranter tilbød god mad i forskellige prisklasser, hvilket gav en fin variation under opholdet. Morgenmaden havde et stort udvalg, men kapaciteten kunne desværre ikke helt følge med. Der var ofte mangel på siddepladser, og flere gange ventede vi op til 20 minutter på fx omelet eller stegte æg.

Servicen ved poolen var rigtig god. Personalet var hjælpsomme med både parasoller, liggestole og håndklæder, som frit kunne benyttes. Derudover var der kun få skridt fra poolen til havet, hvilket gjorde det nemt at tage en dukkert i Det Indiske Ocean. Hotellet tilbød også liggestole på stranden, hvilket var et stort plus.

Gennem hele ugen blev vi mødt med smil, øjenkontakt og en oprigtig venlighed fra alle medarbejdere – på gangene, ved receptionen og ved poolen. Det gjorde en stor forskel for vores oplevelse.

Et særligt højdepunkt var vores ophold under Nyepi. Da vi ikke måtte forlade hotellet i 24 timer, havde I arrangeret en imponerende middagsbuffet til alle gæster. Det var en helt særlig oplevelse at opleve hotellet i mørke, oplyst af lommelygter og små lys – noget vi sent vil glemme.

Alt i alt giver vi jer vores varmeste anbefalinger og vender meget gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Vi havde lidt problem med at fjernsynet tænde af sig selvt nogle gange (men vi hev stikket ud)

Great hotel. All the staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service. Pool was great. Room was a standard size and well appointed. Lots of places to also eat along the beach outside the hotel.

Highly worthy of its 5 star status!
Pros:

It’s like something out of a movie. From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly left, the service was second to none. The sprawling grounds were amazing. Our room was serviced several times a day. The breakfast was delicious and catered for every taste. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay again.
