Pros:

La vue, la piscine à débordement, et surtout tous les oiseaux présents dans le jardin de l'hôtel !
Le personnel au petit soin, le jardinier trop gentil qui a regonflé le ballon de mon fils !

Cons:

Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas super varié si on ne choisi pas des options en supplément.

Consigliato vivamente
Pros:

L'albergo e' bello al di la delle aspettative in una posizione spettacolare. Pulito e staff gentilissimo. Ristorante buono.
Forse l'unica nota negativa l'albergo e' un po' distante da la Fortuna dove ci sono tutti i siti da visitare ma avendo la macchina non e' stato un grosso disagio.

Our cabin was very comfortable with lots of privacy and beautiful view from the deck. The swimming pool, hot tub and dining area were all very nicely maintained and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Le paradis
Pros:

Un véritable paradis. Personnel très gentil. Les excursions proposées étaient géniales avec des guides locaux supers je recommande (balade à cheval, balade en bateau sur le lac nous avons pu nous baigner et apercevoir des petits caïmans) n'hésitez pas à passer par eux. Une vue reposante, calme, seulement le chant des oiseaux qui sont nombreux et magnifiques. Petit dej excellent. À proximité du volcan Arenal. Quelques commerces à proximité également, nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Pros:

Food was excellent, especially dinner. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view. Location was great, good stopping point between Liberia and LaFortuna. We flew into Liberia mid afternoon and were able to get our rental sorted and arrive here before dinner.

A romantic, peaceful & memorable stay, muchisma gracias a todo!
Pros:

The location/setting is phenomenal with stunning, panoramic views over the landscape & horses owned by the hotel owner. It was particularly cool to ride these very horses on the tour we booked. Felt a bit like a ranchero:) Love the arty decor of both the room & restaurant. Free pool table was a big bonus. The swimming pool at sunset is a must, even though it's a bit chilly. Kiki, Marie, Kevin, Luis & another lovely lady who served us at breakfast were all amazing, kind & thoughtful people that really took care of us, we're very grateful. The breakfast is simple but tasty. I highly recommend you try the Costa Rican hot chocolate! From our gorgeous honeymoon suite & on the grounds you could see many beautiful birds & nests. The room itself is exceptional. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in a long time. The furnishings are beautiful & the jacuzzi is perfect. What's not to love? Only wish we'd stayed longer! P.S. extra thank yous to Kevin for his recommendations & to Luis & Kevin's mother (at La Soda Sofia) for helping take care of my husband when he fell ill.

Cons:

Increase the temperature of both pools - regular & 'hot tub'. Sometimes maybe a little too laid back (e.g. wait time to check in, confusion with our tour booking). More affordable restaurant options, and more fair to include the extra cost breakfast items into the breakfast itself.

Pros:

Villas were clean and comfortable, roomy, heated pool was so nice. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING!!!

Cons:

The showers didn’t have privacy, we managed by putting a towel over the glass door.

Stunning views and so much character! The location was easy to find. The included breakfast was delicious and a huge portion. Staff was lovely and the pool was fantastic. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
