Pros:

Young manager is offered a great customer service to us. He is very customer friendly person. This is a beach facing property with a beautiful view of beach/sea. It is closed to Brown's Beach Park, Negombo and many restaurants in the street.

Close to beach alright for a night.
Pros:

Close to beach and close to restaurants. Fine for 2 nights before flying out.

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest place a lot of ants and bugs as it’s close to the beach as well as the water did run out whilst we were there so we’re not able to shower at night but they were able to fix it by the morning. It’s ok for a night or 2 near airport.

The room service boy have good knowldege about hospitality.
Pros:

The room boy is very good. He is very friendly with all guests and he made our rooms for comfort. AC is also in good condition. price is also affordable. I will stay there on my next visit to Negombo. There I found only a small issue with the bad smell of my room commode. I suggest using NaOH or other sanitary washing methods to remove it. However, I think the best place to stay for your vacation is Fionn's Coconut Beach house in Negombo. The only bad thing is Negombo street sea foods are so expensive.
