Pros:

Beach location, nice yard, several good eaters near by. Airport close, parking place by door, very convenient to rest upon arrival or before departure.

Cons:

It was extremely dirty. The toilet had already been used, with pubic hair and cockroaches.
There was also trash in the room from previous guests.

For 10 eurs you get an AC, bed and a shower- value for money - OK i guess

Cons:

Staff didn't speak a word of English so communication was kinda tough, wifi is hooooorrible

Pros:

Excellent location! A stones throw away from the beach and super close to town. Very friendly staff they let us check out late as we had an evening fight.

Pros:

Young manager is offered a great customer service to us. He is very customer friendly person. This is a beach facing property with a beautiful view of beach/sea. It is closed to Brown's Beach Park, Negombo and many restaurants in the street.
