Cons:

I booked my transfer to the airport with this hotel. Nobody came for me. I had to book a private transfer and they refused to give me the money back...

Por ser un cuarto económico, la puerta tenía un pequeño agujero no era una puerta cómo los otros cuartos por lo que caería bien cambiar la puerta del cuartito económico, la cual tuvimos que colocar una silla con toalla.

It's a nice and simple place. Friendly and a short walk to the city. Private. Shared bathroom are enough.

Cons:

It's not correct to call this a hotel. Posada or guesthouse would be more correct.

Pros:

Stayed in two rooms here both very comfy beds, nice and quiet you’ll have a great rest before and after the hike. The staff are so friendly and lovely. There’s 3 bathrooms which are cleaned all throughout the day, no problem being shared. They store your luggage too. The location is crazy you’re right near everything which made it so nice to pop in and out when needed.
