Cons:

They cancelled my reservation despite me messaging them about my flight delays. When I showed up they had given up my room and did nothing to accommodate me elsewhere.

Pros:

Location: you can go everywhere. Staff was also very friendly. But they don't speak English though.

Calme, propreté, personnel sympa
Pros:

La propreté des sanitaires et des douches car le ménage était fait plusieurs fois par jour.
Le calme du logement retiré de la route.

Super Lage an der Iglesia de la Merced, Zimmer war ruhig und zweckmäßig, wurde täglich gereinigt. Nettes Personal und sehr gutes lokaltypisches Frühstück. Preis Leistung top!

Decent, but likely wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

Convenient place, and nice enough facilities for what it is. But that's not much...

Cons:

Antigua gets quite cold at night. This place is sort of a small compound, with rooms off an outdoor courtyard. The rooms aren't particularly well insulated, so get very cold; and the blankets are thin, the beds sort of hard; also some rooms use shared bathrooms; I had a "private" bathroom, but even that requires going out of the room and into a separate room - tough late at night when it's cold.

Good location, one block from Iglesia de La Merced, plenty of good restaurants within a 5-8 minute walk, great lavandería just one block north.
Staff was wonderful.
The building is old (it is Antigua!), but well kept up. Good value for budget travelers.
There was a special, so I got a simple, free breakfast through Booking. They had vegetarian options.
Glad they had a 12 noon checkout, instead of the usual 11 AM

Een rustige, goed gelegen accommodatie dichtbij het historische centrum
Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben onze kamer opnieuw schoon gemaakt. Het was een rustige locatie dichtbij het centrum. Voor een klein bedrag per nacht heb je een prima schone kamer met eigen badkamer (met warm water).

Overpriced for what you get, good location.
Pros:

The location, drinkable water tank.

Cons:

It felt a little overpriced for what it was. I saw they were cleaning the place every day, but still felt a little shabby. The communication wasn’t the best and I would skip the breakfast. I see thy are trying hard, but I think it was overpriced a lot!
