NOTHING because from the minute go it was problems

Cons:

Very ill mannered staff. Didnt respect the price that was posted on Booking.com. Had to pay a way higher price for 2 rooms instead of 3 that we had initially booked. The recepcionist should have contacted booking and figured it out with them instead of having us the customers for hours in the front desk discussion with them. Even though we showed them all the proof that it was fully approved by booking and had received various updates and welcome noted even till the night before he was very stubborn about not accepting the booking.
