Indicación nefasta para acceder al parking, que además está apartado del hotel, te tienes que meter por una calle prohibida y el parking no tiene ninguna señal, te la imaginas. Además es un edificio en obras que no tiene ninguna seguridad. Podrías indicar el tipo de aparcamiento o poner fotos. Si lo hubiera visto antes no habría reservado.

Pros:

El trato del personal (en especial Álvaro) es impecable. El hotel es bonito y su ubicación muy buena. Pero sin dudas su personal marca la diferencia.
