It's not the most lavish stay but it is ok if you're planning to stay for 1 night with other people like family
Pros:

I liked the convenience of the place and how friendly the staff were. This is not my first stay here and I've enjoyed my stays here whenever I go to JB with my family and want to stay in the same room as them. It's one of the only hotels that is near CIQ and can house more than 5 pax in 1 room. I would recommend to people.

Cons:

This is not a new hotel and the wear and tear of the amenities are evident. You can see holes on a pillow case, you see the rust on the toilet sinks and glass door attachments.

The hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome whre food and shopping right under your nose...

Cons:

Found few cockroaches that is medium in size around the room and killed them... Pillows should replace to the firmer ones for better sleep.

Rooms Need Maintenance
Pros:

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Excellent location with shopping malls and plenty of eatery.

Cons:

The furniture, wall and unit were all run down, need maintenance otherwise not worth the prices paid for.

Great location, comfortable stay for families
Pros:

My third stay at this property. Breakfast was delicious with a decent spread. Staff were polite and warm.
The apartment was just 6-7 mins walk from the train station, and 2 mins walk from the malls. There are a few cafes and eateries including Haidilao and dimsum restaurant nearby, and within the Zenith Mall. There is also a newly opened massage centre in the mall.

Cons:

The water pressure was low for the unit that we stayed in. The shower gel needed to be topped up as it was not fully filled when we checked in.

Our Awesome 3d/2n stay at Shama
Pros:

Greeted by the lovely Suraida. An angel disguised in human form. Attended by awesome Saravanan who allowed us to stay a bit longer. I hope I didn't put either in a spot. The chambermaid is friendly & obliging.
Great location. We were constantly going in & out with my elderly mom in a wheelchair.
Highly recommended. Definitely the go to stay in Johor.
Hopefully I can get a better room with sea view during our next stay.
