Location was good. Walked from CIQ through Komtar JBCC, crossed a street and into Zenith mall, and you're there.
Staff tried their best to make things as comfortable as possible for you.

Cons:

It seemed like air-conditioning leaking is a common occurrence. And this is not just a few drops, it was literally a water-fall. Technician came to our room twice to try and resolve the situation. Two units in our room just kept leaking. Had to place the bin and towels below to prevent puddles on the floor.

Location & the size of the room.

Cons:

Toilet has sewage smell, breakfast wasn't great, what really turn me off is the manager of the cafe just told the staff off when guests are having their breakfast, please be mindful & do it discreetly. Your breakfast spread need to speed up if you've noticed the food & drinks are running low please top it up without waiting for room guest to reach out to your staff. Teamwork, communication & service should go hand in hand then the organization can improve.

Family was happy and satisfied with the stay.
Pros:

Nice bedroom suite with good facilities except shampoo, bath and hand soap all smelled the same as if they were all the same. We only stayed for one night. Place was peaceful and quiet. Location also good for walking out to have meals and shopping.

Cons:

Hotel lobby was unbelievably tiny and crowded but staff were friendly and helpful. What we didn't like was hotel cleaning staff's lack of honesty. One of us left some cakes in the fridge and forgot to take on checking out. Later we came back and asked the hotel staff to check. Cleaning staff denied anything was in the fridge. I hope they enjoyed the cakes.
