Hotel Rural Villa del Monte

Badtür nur gewaltsam zu bewegen. Original stimmt nicht mit den Fotos überein. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Personal spricht nur spanisch. Zimmer sehr kalt und klamm. Keine Heizmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Locatie aan een drukke weg en dus niet makkelijk te parkeren. Wat wel wordt gesteld als je vraagt naar parkeergelegenheid.
Niet fris en schoon. Eerder wat oud en muf.

Regrettably there were quite a few issues with the accommodation and we had to cut our stay short and move to Puerto Rico for the last 4 nights, I sent a very gracious message to Sebastian explaining why and he failed to reply to us in any way, no apology nothing, asked very politely if he would consider giving us some kind of small refund towards the cost of another hotel and nothing he could have at least said no sorry. I sent a message the day we left and still no reply this was frankly rude and unprofessional.

Why we left:
Room was so cold we had to leave the heater on constantly
Bathroom door stuck so badly it would wake who every you were sharing with at night
Hot water ran out when we were showering
The doors on the room were ill fitting and we could hear the dogs in the yard barking which woke us early in the morning
Hard to get to by foot as its on a busy road footpaths are bad.
You have to go to Las palmas by bus if you want to go anywhere else no direct routes from the village
Unfortunately the weather was bad but that's nobody's fault.
Disappointed to say the least

Iskoldt værelse som først sidst på dag 2 var blevet opvarmet til bare nogenlunde lunt. Ingen mulighed for at parkere sin bil.

La falta de atención por parte del anfitrión y ell no cumplimiento de los servicios que aparecen en el perfil de Booking: No es un hotel rural. No cuenta con recepción. El contacto del anfitrión es a través de mensajes. No responde ni a los mensajes que me enviamos, ni a las llamadas de teléfono. La habitación doble estándar no cuenta con el equipamiento mínimo de una habitación de estás características. La habitación estaba descuidada (la puerta del baño estaba mal.puesta y no había intimidad, no había ni silla ni escritorio, la disposición de la ventana no permite que las cortinas aislantes de luz cumplan su función, y el armario era viejo y descuidado). Y además la habitación no cuenta con las medidas de seguridad exigidas por la legislación para establecimientos de alojamiento turístico ( no hay alarma anti humos, no hay mapa de evacuación), y tampoco en las áreas comunes existen sistemas contraincendios y de emergencia. En definitiva, el establecimiento es una estafa. No caigan en la trampa de alojarse en el.

La habitación muy antigua.

il faisait très froid dans la chambre, heureusement qu'il y avait un chauffage d'appoint. La rue fait un peu de bruit

Mal acondicionado para el frío en la noche, la bomba frío calor es insuficiente , nos dejaron una estufa de gas peor aún así no veo que esté bien acondicionado y en ese aspecto . El resto ha estado ok.

Die Zimmer waren sehr modrig und eher alt.
Das Wasser war anfangs kaum warm, nach Rückmeldung, konnten 2 Personen nacheinander kurz heiß duschen.

Im Dezember ist der Raum eher kalt und wird mit der Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage kaum warm.

Das Frühstück war gut angeworben, aber mit 15€ p.P Verhältnismäßig teuer für das was geboten wird.

Plus délicat pour se garer

Wir hatten schöne vier Tage und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Für meinen Mann war die weiche Matratze in Ordnung, ich bin da etwas empfindlich, konnte aber trotzdem gut schlafen.
