The staff are very nice and very professional. They made the environment more likable and enjoyable. In terms of food, it was delicious!

The reception staff are very helpful and great with their assistance especially Mr. Romario and Mr. Todo ( I think these were their names)

Especially for Muslims there are halal options which I like

Personnel is on top level. The level of attention and politeness exceeded all standards. The comfort you receive from them, is rarely found even in 5+ star hotels.

The location was out of city but calm and serene. The huge swimming pool and jacuzi facility really made our time special. Staff was really sweet. The breakfast team was the best. Reception team Mr.Luka and Mr.Romeo were helpful with the requests we made from the room.
Swimming towels can be requested and provided in your room for no charge.
Water was ordered by us and was provided for no extra charge.
Bidet shower was available

in the toilet which was awesome.

Tidy clean & friendly staff

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel – exceptional service, a clean environment, and the peace and quiet one looks for when on vacation.
I especially want to highlight the hotel staff – Saba and Dato – who serve guests with genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness. It’s people like them who create a cozy and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back again.

I stayed here before my flight from Kutaisi airport, and I assume if you choose this hotel, you choose it because of the swimming pool (as I did :). No doubt then: it’s good, big, deep (there is a separate one for kids).
Breakfast was okay - nothing special, not a huge choice, but still choice.
Rooms are very clean, personnel are friendly (especially Giorgi - George, who changed my room to a better one because of my birthday and allowed earlier check in).
The bed was big and comfortable.

My stay at the West Inn was pure perfection! Immaculate rooms set the stage, while the truly exceptional staff anticipated needs and went the extra mile to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere – it felt like a home away from home. Waking up to their delicious breakfast buffet was a highlight: incredibly fresh, diverse, and absolutely satisfying. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and filled with lovely touches that made everything feel just right.

the food… Traditional Georgian flavors, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, Whether it was a hearty breakfast or a delicious dinner.

the surroundings offer a lovely view that just adds to the charm – perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

West Inn Georgian isn’t just a place to stay – it’s a place to feel welcomed, nourished, and completely at peace.

Despite the location is not centric, we knew before. Hotel is clean, very helpful staff, boys in reception were really helpfull
