Pros:

The location to the town and lake and the go shopping complex was great, very clean and modern room and general area's. Room staff were very helpful

Hotel does not have air conditioner or heat. No facial tissue in room. Breakfast foods were cold
We have to ask staff to heat up coffee by microwave oven.

Lovely stay with great staff
Pros:

Great value for money and in a great location in Da Lat. Staff were really nice and helpful and looked after our bags for the day when we checked out. Also has a cheap laundry service. Breakfast was quite basic but good for the money we paid.

酒店位置，房间面积大，设施比较齐全。

Cons:

房间太潮湿了(虽然定的是带阳台的房间，能通风)，气温适宜不需要空调，但是没有除湿设备使得舒适度降低

La localisation.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre avec une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir, hors sur leurs photos on voit bien des chambre donnant sur la ville. Il y avait donc une odeur d’humidité c’était désagréable. On a voulu changer mais il fallait payer presque une nuit de plus juste pour avoir une vrai fenêtre. Chambre très mal insonorisé beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit..

The bed was very hard,I would not stay there again for this reason.Very noisy with other guests coming back late at night talking loudly in hallway n shutting doors.
