Would highly recommend.so much for your money here
Pros:

Beautiful location, facilities are great free kayaking free washing clothes and drying. Free breakfast it’s unreal for the price I didn’t think I was at a hostel at all. Booked two nights ended up staying almost a week. Feel so at peace and content here.

Cons:

Everything especially the staff. So helpful and kind.

Overall, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I really loved my stay at this hostel. The territory is beautiful and well maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and a private beach, which made the whole experience feel very peaceful and relaxing.

The area is quiet and calm, far away from parties and overcrowded tourist spots, which was exactly what I was looking for.

The staff were truly exceptional — always polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Communication with them was very easy and comfortable, and they really made the stay even better.

10/10 Stars! Phenomenal service & best atmosphere in Samui

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! My stay at "The Rock" was absolutely amazing, mainly due to the phenomenal service. I have never seen such a dedicated team anywhere in the world. The management and staff truly go above and beyond to make customers happy.
​A perfect example: One guest dropped her phone into the sea at the beach, and the manager immediately sent a staff member to help search for it until it was found. That's the level of care here. A huge thank you to the manager Greimo, the assistant manager Chaw, the chef, and all the waiters – you are all simply amazing.
​The Place & Facilities:
​Location: You have direct access to the beach. It's super close to the "Grandfather and Grandmother Rocks" (Hin Ta & Hin Yai) – I took the hostel's kayak for a workout there and it was fun!
​Amenities: There is snorkeling gear you can borrow, a great pool, and laundry machines (washer & dryer).
​Vibes & Work: The rooftop attic is stunning with a great view and plenty of space – perfect for co-working or just having a drink.
​Food: The on-site restaurant serves excellent food.
​Rooms: I stayed in the 6-bed dorm. It was very spacious, well-maintained, super clean, and high quality.
​Extras:
You can rent a scooter right at the reception (if available) and they help book taxis or boat trips to other islands.
The atmosphere is very friendly and social, the guests are nice and chilled – I didn't encounter any trouble at all.
​I can't thank you enough for the service and my stay. If you are debating whether to book – just do it!

Geweldig!
Pros:

Dat je alles in bereik had. Er was een privé strand, privé zwembad, schone kamers, zelfs fasciliteiten zoals een wasmachine zodat je je eigen was kon draaien en een dakterras. Ook ben ik verrast met een taart voor m’n verjaardag. Had niet vertelt dat ik jarig was. Had zo iets nog nooit ervaren. Het was een en al een uitstekende ervaring!

Alles was perfect!

Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist super schön, nur einige Stufen zum Infinity- Pool direkt am Strand, es war toll. Das Meer dort war großartig zum Schwimmen, sauber und schön. Am Dach darf man kostenlos seine Wäsche waschen, total toll.

Cons:

Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist nicht optimal. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und toll ausgestattet, aber die Zimmer werden nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung gesäubert und manchmal gar nicht. Das ist bei dem Preis nicht akzeptabel. Außerdem war das Frühstück nicht inklusive und kostet minimal 250 Bath aufwärts was auch ganz schön zu Biche schlägt. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß mindestens 10 Minuten entfernt, man muss an einer 4- Spurigen stark befahrenen Straße gehen teilweise ohne Gehsteige, mit Kind absolut unoptimal. Wir haben für jede Unternehmung ein Taxi gebraucht. Zum Glück funktioniert Grab super.
