Hotel need to do pest control on regular basis and maintain better hygiene in rooms and bathrooms.
Pros:

Serving staff was courteous and food at restaurant was good.

Cons:

The rooms were full of cockroaches. The spray the staff gave us didn't work. Cockroaches crawled on me while I tried to sleep, so I couldn't sleep all night. There were more than 15 of them. We changed rooms, but the same thing happened again.

Cons:

There was no tea/coffee machine which at the time of booking was shown would be there. Also we were charged for ordering tea and coffee. Another thing was that we were told that the breakfast would start at 7:30 am but it never did
