Staynest Yeasel Gangtok - Pime location hotel - Best rated property of 2024-25

The property has 2 listings which made the trip very confusing. Where I stayed and what I booked was on 2 different names and I kept getting prompt that my booking was cancelled and I had to pay the penalty. Fortunately the money didn’t get deducted yet. The kitchen stuffs were hopeless they forgot to deliver breakfast one day for my elderly parents since I was travelling to Nathula I ordered in advance which they failed to deliver. The stuffs were very lazy except the one girl in the reception who kind of helpful. Rooms were smelling of smokes even though I booked non smoking rooms. Tv remote wasn’t working, exhaust wasn’t working. Balcony knobs didnt work.

It has so many hidden charges which were revealed at the final bill only.

Eisandwich gekochtes Ei blau. Sandwich teilweise schwarz gebrannt.
Chaotische Organisation.
Fahrstuhlfahren ist Abenteuer weil die Rezeption im 5.Stock ist und darüber und darunter noch Etagen sind.
Große Anzahl junges unerfahrenes Personal. Personal teilweise sehr langsam, Serviceunfreundlich und Faxen machend.
Kaffee 3mal durch das Bringen zum Esstisch uebergeschwappt, Tasse und Untertasse dreckig.
Fremde Socken in der Laundry gefunden.
Bezahlung Zimmer und Essen ohne Quittung.
Eine fehlende Nachttischlampe aber Draht kommt aus der Wand heraus. Die andere Nachttischlampe fast abfallend und kann Überkopf gedreht werden.
Konnte trotz Anforderung und ganz in die Küche beim Kellner nicht Frühstück bestellen, sondern nur über den Gang zur Rezeption.
Zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Google Maps zeigt den Weg ständig falsch an.

Mischregler der Dusche reguliert das Wasser nicht ordnungsgemäß.

Die Chipkarte für die Zimmertür war mit Papier und transparentem Klebeband überklebt

In Kenntnis dieser Tatsachen hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Würde gerne Fotos hochladen. Booking bietet jedoch nicht an, Bilder im HEIF-Format hochzuladen. Cloud benutze ich nicht

Rooms and food

One of the worst hotel, we booked it for 3 nights ,no Electricity after check in , most of the food items are not available, TV is not working , broken table, so we call the no. which we booked online because landline is not working also , so we informed him about these issue and we asked for refund and he is saying that he will return the amount but cut the tariff for 1 night , which we stayed for not more than 10 minutes and that guy is saying u can check out we don't mind and when we spoken to the reception, one of random guy came and asking about the problem and when we talk to him , after listening all the issue he said he is from another property. So we informed him call the hotel manager , they said he is on vacation😂 so guys if you are planning to book this hotel , plan at your own risk

It's location is far from m.g Marg you have to pay every time Rs.200 to taxi
As per our booking we was supposed to get good views from room but we get literally room in basement site then cleanliness we have to call cleaner to clean at night 11 p.m our bed rest was full off dirt
Management need to groom their staffs more if we asked for room service it came after 20 minutes or more even we have to keep calling them

The location is far from MG Road

The hotel is about 1.5km from MG marg, so you have to reserve a taxi every time you want to go to MG marg. It can cost about INR 150-200 per one way trip for a hatchback taxi. Although that's normal taxi fare for gangtok.

Service

Cleanliness, and service, very poor service. Water log in bathroom
