Pros:

Lage im Ort, Parkplatz in der Nähe; Zimmergrösse

Cons:

Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht; hellhörige Unterkunft, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Zimmer nebenan und jeden Schritt von darüber, zwischen 0 und 2 Uhr kein Schlaf möglich; das ist kein Bad mit einem Waschbecken im Puppenstubenformat; Dusche mit Vorhang; schmales Bett

Pros:

We travelled with family and the place is spot clean, confy beds, bathroom very funtional and clean, you can see the Reno work.
There is a large closet and beautiful mini kitchen with everything you need.

Rather than that is exceptional stay

Cons:

it will be beneficial to clarify if parking is on the building property or is public under the bridge area.

alles neu und schön sogar mit kleiner Küche, alles sehr sauber

hat alles gut funktioniert, Parkplatz gegenüber ist über nacht frei und immer freie Plätze vorhanden

das Schlüselsystem könnte einfacher beschreiben sein, ist an sich nicht kompliziert

Good location but very bad isolation. We couldn’t sleep all night
Pros:

Easy to find. Clean. Parking is close by and cheap

Cons:

Very hot inside. Very bad isolated (you can hear everyone speaking and walking all night). Transparent window in toilet/ bathroom. No cattle (only coffee maker). Smells cigarettes.

Für ein Wochenende zu zweit sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Self Check-In war super easy, ebenso der Check-Out. Sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet mit ein bisschen Ausblick auf den Rhein.

Cons:

Zu Fuß ist das Zentrum von Koblenz schon ein Stück aber machbar, Aufgrund von Baumaßnahmen an der Brücke etwas umständlicher.
