I m female and have travelled alone. due to indigo flight issue I had to stay in Mumbai. during midnight i got a call from hotel representative and he talked in hindi that i don't understand after that they unneccessarily knocked the door I haven't open that as it was midnight. morning when I asked about this , they refused. complete nonsense behaviour. I was afraid and I couldn't sleep throughout the night.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was neat, well-kept, and came with all the necessary amenities for a hassle-free experience. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It's situated very close to Mumbai International Airport, which made travel extremely convenient, especially for an early morning flight. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their prompt service and friendly attitude really made the stay even better. Overall, a great value-for-money experience.

It was a nightmare. Straight out of a horror movie type. Dirty would be an understatement. We landed at Mumbai airport at 2 am in night after immigration and getting the taxi we reached the hotel at approximately 4 am. The hotel is situated in a very narrow road. This was just the starting. The lobby was a mess. Looked like slum. When we saw the room we were shocked my daughter didn’t wanted to stay there for one minute. Lots of spiders, mosquitoes it was soooo dirty and disgusting but we had no choice at that point of hour as the taxi had also left. Also it was not a double bed as shown in the booking it were two extremely dirty single beds. We decided to stay there couple of hours and move to the next hotel in the morning. But as soon as we were trying to somehow sleep in all this mess. We heard a sound and to our surprise it was a mighty big RAT eating our crossiant we had from the airport. We could not sleep the rest of the night and left first thing in morning. The hotel is NOTHING as shown in pics. This needs to be investigated please. No other family should have to go through what we went through
