Pros:

Great location. Cute little cafe across the way. The hotel was about 10-15 minutes away from Airport but they are very close to the Beach and An Thuong Tourist Street.
The breakfast is good and many selections.

Pros:

Location, big rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, good service, nice breakfast, reasonable rates.

Cons:

Hotel looks big in picture but I was surprised that it was actually a boutique hotel. Room was a bit dark and not enough light in bathroom for us women to put on our make up. Also, the bathtub is too cramped behind the sink. It’s also too high and difficult to get in…quite dangerous actually but it’s good that they have a shower although the water overflows to the toilet due to poor drainage.

Pros:

This is a nice hotel, which offers good value for money. The facilities are generally very good: The bed was comfortable and big, the shower was one of the best we had during our long trip in Vietnam, the pool was fun and the pool's water temperature was just perfect all through the day, breakfast (buffet) was generous and diverse, the receptionists and staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was very convenient and relatively quiet, only a few minutes' walk from the beach, and even a shorter walk to the wonderful Lê Quang Đạo street, which features many good restaurants offering a variety of cuisines from around the world.

Cons:

Not so much "bad," as "requiring more attention," the following are issues that the hotel got almost right, in our view. Dealing with these issues can really improve guest experience. Firstly, while the shower was great, the glass divider separating the shower from the toilet was not good. The result was that we had to replace the floor towel after almost every shower. Secondly, the kitchenette struck us as odd, since it contained no cooking utinsles and hardly any eating dishes. Why have a kitchenette to begin with, then? Why not use the space for a sofa/table to make the stay more comfortable? Thirdly, the window we had faced another wall/window with a gap of approximately one meter between them. This made the window unusable for privacy issues, and since the hotel has several floors, very little natural light was able to enter the room. Fourthly, in the context of lighting, most of the lights in the room were cold lights, which we highly dislike. Some of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam, including ones that are not 4-star hotels as this one is, had a simple solution for this: pressing the light button several times changes the light temperature. We are not sure why the same solution was not used in this hotel. Lastly, whereas the breakfast buffet was rich and diverse, the vegetarian options could be improved, staff awareness could be better, and the dishes require proper vegetarian/vegan markings.

As mentioned above, these are not "bad" issues, and we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

The location is convenient, as it is within a 10-minute walking distance to the beach. The room is sufficiently spacious, the air conditioning is effective, and the hotel provides complimentary self-service laundry facilities.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I found the room to be in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness. There was visible dirt on the desk and in the corners, and I even discovered garbage inside the bathtub. This created a very unpleasant first impression and clearly indicated that the room had not been properly cleaned.
Additionally, I encountered an unusual and inconvenient policy regarding the use of the bathtub. I was informed that I needed to contact the reception in advance so that they could provide water for the bath. I have never experienced such a requirement in any other hotel. When I inquired about the reason, I was told it was due to the size of the bathtub, which I found unconvincing. In my experience, other hotels with larger bathtubs allow guests to use them freely without prior notice.
The hot water situation was also highly disappointing. The water was never truly hot—only lukewarm at best. Furthermore, the temperature fluctuated significantly, turning cold after approximately five minutes, then becoming warm again, and repeating this cycle. I was advised to wait around ten minutes for the water to reheat, which was highly impractical. During my four-night stay, I was unable to enjoy a proper hot shower. Although I reported this issue, no effective solution was provided.
I would like to acknowledge that one receptionist was courteous and made an effort to assist. She visited my room to understand my concerns, arranged for additional cleaning, and offered a complimentary one-hour massage as compensation. However, when the housekeeping staff attended to the room, their cleaning was superficial and lacked attention to detail. It was only after I pointed out the garbage in the bathtub that it was properly removed.
Regarding the complimentary massage, while the massage itself was acceptable, the overall environment was unsatisfactory. The towels did not appear clean, and there was a noticeable musty odor from both the towels and the bed.

Especially would like to thank the staff that assisted me in regards to the accommodation , as I initially had issues and was not sure if I would be able to confirm , but it hey handled the situation properly.
