I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff had no idea how to provide basic customer service. The front desk staff was unprofessional, rude, and lacked any semblance of hospitality. It's astonishing how such an establishment can survive with such poor service.

The worst part of the stay was the attempt to scam customers through unethical billing practices. They charged me a "City GST" which is completely fraudulent. This charge is not valid, and it's a clear attempt to mislead guests into paying extra fees. When I brought this up, both the manager and the MD were unhelpful and dismissive. Not only did they refuse to address the issue, but they also acted as if it was a standard practice, which is extremely concerning.

It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and honesty from the leadership of the hotel. Both the manager and the MD were clearly uninterested in ensuring a pleasant and ethical experience for guests. Their behavior was disgraceful, and it’s clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction or fairness.

I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. With terrible staff, unethical management, and scam charges, it's an experience I would never want anyone to go through. I will definitely not be returning, and I suggest others do the same.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Olive Suite. From the moment I checked in, the experience was frustrating. The room had a broken lock, and I had to call multiple times to get it fixed. Despite repeated requests, housekeeping was not done for three days, leaving the room in a terrible state.

The worst part was the attitude of the management. The manager and the so-called general manager, Madan Rawat, were highly unprofessional and egotistical. To make matters worse, when I made a new booking via Booking.com, they denied my check-in simply because they felt the price was too low! If they were not willing to honor the rate listed on the platform, why even list their hotel there? This is nothing but fraudulent and deceptive business practice.

Additionally, despite my booking clearly mentioning that taxes were included, they tried to charge extra GST on top, which is outright cheating. This hotel lacks integrity and professionalism, and I will be filing a complaint in consumer court for their unethical behavior.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be treated poorly and scammed!
