Pros:

The place is amazing, the staff just couldn't do enough, the restaurant is great, and quite reasonably priced. The location was also really good, great base for exploring Al Ula and there was a bit of night life next door.

Incredible accommodations, even in May heat, rooms were comfortable at all times and amazing in morning and evening hours. Food was simply incredible, the Michelin reviewers should make a visit. History, luxury and amazing hospitality come together for an unforgettable experience!

Hotel eccellente. Atmosfera da mille e una notte. Posizione vicinissima alla old town raggiungibile o con le golf carts o anche a piedi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Alì ci ha accolto e ci ha mostrato l'hotel ed è stato davvero gentile.
Esperienza che va fatta, di notte è un incanto.

Das Hotel ist einzigartig, in einem sehr ursprünglichen Umfeld.
Pros:

Ein absolut besonderes und ursprüngliches Hotel. Super zentral gelegen, um fußläufig in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Toller Service und Essen!

Cons:

Tatsächlich die Beleuchtung, was aber auch zur Tradition des Hauses gehört. Es gab nur elektrisches Licht im Badezimmer, alles andere wird mit Kerzen ausgeleuchtet! Dies gibt dem Hotel aber auch eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre.

This was a different and enjoyable experience. This hotel is very well located for the 'Old Town'.
Pros:

This hotel offered more than just accommodation. It is a heritage hotel in the 'Old Town' and the atmosphere in the hotel, especially at night, when the light came from candles, was a special experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and also knowledgeable about the history which made the stay more interesting.

Cons:

The shower did not work very well.
