Our entire experience at the Dar Tantora was absolutely superb. It is a unique hotel in terms of its setting and a real heritage experience. However what really makes it exceptional is the amazing food and service to match.

We really appreciated how eco-friendly the property is and the effort put into creating a sustainable environment. The hotel is also aesthetically beautiful, with a unique design that blends nature, history, and architecture in a very elegant way. The overall atmosphere feels peaceful, authentic, and thoughtfully created.
What we did not particularly enjoy was our interaction with the Guest Relations representative. The way our concern was handled did not reflect the level of attentiveness and professionalism we would expect from a hotel of this standard. From our travel experience, guest relations should feel welcoming, proactive, and solution-oriented, which unfortunately was not the case during our stay.
The hotel overall experience was unique and excellent! The staff are friendly, and we enjoyed so much with the breakfast at the Joontos restaurant in the hotel, very delicious! The pool view was perfect too! The location was also good.
The only problem we encountered during the stay was that when there was other guest stayed at the room above us, the mud sands fell down to the bed and the bedside table. I hope the management can fix this problem.

Top Restauraunt in Al Ula is in the hotel and was amazing I ordered many dishes and was exceptional !

A perfect home base to experience AL Ula. It is right across the street from the historical ruins - free access to the site is an experience in itself. We loved the five sense welcome ceremony, fantastic and scenic room, great restaurant on premises with regional and Spanish / Morocco influenced cuisine. Heated pool with a view of the ruins, check out the gym - never saw anything like that. Great breakfast. Very kind and accommodating staff. You can go for a run across the street in the orange tree grove. Loved our time at Dar Tantora - thank you!

Too dark especially in the bathroom and bedroom, pay extra for room upgrade
The whole experience is unique. From the moment you step into the hotel all senses become alive. Great hospitality, great personnel. The restaurant at the hotel is extra bonus. Highly recommended!!
